A tremor ran through her heart. Zachary had suddenly brought up the one issue she had been ignoring all this time, and Olivia Wynne instinctively wanted to flee.
Seeing Olivia Wynne look away, Zachary Fairchild wasn't surprised in the slightest. His pitch-black eyes were fixed on her. "Trying to run away again, Olivia?"
He put down his chopsticks. Zachary looked at Olivia Wynne seriously, his tone deep. "Are you going to keep running from this forever, Olivia?"
Having been seen right through, Olivia Wynne dared not look at Zachary.
"Um... aren't you hungry? Let's just eat."
She picked up her chopsticks and, looking down at the dishes on the table, Olivia Wynne made a show of picking up some food.
Watching Olivia Wynne's evasive actions, a low chuckle escaped Zachary Fairchild's lips, but the sound was cold.
"The food can wait."
"But Olivia, aren't you going to give me an answer?"
