Chapter 26 How Terrifying is a Low-Profile Hacker?

The ticket inspector took Lu Mingfei's magnetic card with a worried expression.

At that moment, he acted without hesitation and placed the card in its proper place on the ticket machine!

Before Fingel and the others could react, Linto had already subtly sensed something amiss. Was this voice exactly the same as the program he had hacked earlier? Lu Mingze had really gone all out again, had he?

The moment the sound appeared, Lu Mingfei immediately connected it with what he had just seen and heard, as if he had foreseen what was about to happen.

The ticket scanner immediately connected with the magnetic card in the next second.

"drop!"

"SSS-level hybrid! Lu Mingfei!"

In an instant, the same message spread again from the local information database and reached Kassel College.

Ticket inspector: "..."

"Bang!"

With a thud, the ticket inspector collapsed on the spot.

"this..."

Lu Mingfei was stunned. He was unsure whether he should reveal what he had just witnessed.

"Why are you also SSS-rank??"

Fingel was stunned. He refreshed his scroll again, and the F-level bloodline that popped up was so dazzling.

"I don't know either, it's just..."

Lu Mingfei pondered for a moment, and once again followed his heart.

"It's alright. You should have seen a little boy just now, right?" Linto said calmly.

"Yes, that's right."

Upon hearing this, Lu Mingfei was taken aback. Did Brother Tuozi know?

"That was the atomic bomb I dropped on Japan." Linto smirked.

Lu Mingfei: "..."

...

Meanwhile, at Kassel College.

Just as Angers was about to make a call, he was stunned by Norma's sudden yet another revision.

"I see..."

He slowly took out a photo of Lu Mingze, a sketch he had drawn in Wuming Port.

"Old friend, it's been a long time."

Outside the conference room, Angers' lips curled into a slight smile.

After many years, he finally witnessed the move of "Number Zero"...

...

While the world of hybrids was in turmoil, things were relatively peaceful on Linto's side.

Of course, for Linto, with the help of hacking Norma, figuring out what those people inside the Kassel College surveillance system were doing was a piece of cake.

He made a backup of the surveillance footage inside the black wall of the Military Chapter 6, intending to review it after getting into the vehicle.

Student Union, Board of Trustees, Lionheart Club, various clubs...

Simply put, if one insists on a peaceful and tranquil life, that's fine too. But Linto might as well encourage people to carry burdens.

"With Lu Mingze's interference, Angers will probably think that this little devil is the one who did it."

Linto's eyes flickered, but this was exactly what he wanted. No matter what the mixed-race world thought, he had corresponding countermeasures.

After all, he already knew which organization the Avengers were.

Linto himself was also very curious to know what would happen when an S-rank side quest came to an end.

Is it to provide themselves with incredible technological assistance?

A considerable level of knowledge?

Or is it the skill level in mechanical manufacturing, or a series of blueprints?

Or perhaps, like the Hawkeye gene serum, it brings about a powerful physical enhancement?

Or perhaps, all four are present.

"As long as I keep going, the road will keep extending."

Linto sensed the sensation of the prosthetic eye and retinal UI system attached to his body, his gaze slightly subdued: "In short, let's take it one step at a time."

As expected.

After the "doubts were cleared up" at the Kassel College, the ticket checking machine, which had been judged to be malfunctioning, began to shine.

As if a great light magic spell had been unleashed, the dimly lit rest area and even the entire Chicago International Airport suddenly lit up, including the crisscrossing runways outside the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The huge display screen above the subway ticket gates lit up, showing that the CC1000 subway train was about to arrive. A moment later, the ground began to shake, and a subway train was indeed rushing towards Chicago Airport.

The ticket inspector had already fallen to the ground, so Linto and the others had no choice but to walk onto the empty platform themselves.

Every electronic sign along the way displayed gibberish, with the names of Lu Mingfei and Lin Tuo on it, and the faintly visible SSS-level markings.

Fingel stood speechlessly in the back. If a mule were to enter a luxury villa, it might at least bray a few times.

But now it's like the mule has entered the human empire in Warhammer 40,000, which is quite a leap.

If he hadn't known that he wasn't a repeat student and that his reason for staying at school was for a secret mission, this scenario of an F-rank student following two SSS-rank students would have been far too terrifying.

"Buzz!"

In an instant, a gust of wind swept across the platform, and a blinding beam of light cut through the darkness of the tunnel.

A few seconds later, a subway train sped into the station and came to an abrupt stop in front of the three people.

The black, streamlined body, decorated with dazzling silver-white vine patterns, resembles a work of art.

"Now I understand."

Linto's eyes gleamed: "This is what a Kassel steel door should look like."

"What door?"

Fingel almost spat out his water.

Before Linto could explain, the steel dragon in front of him began to breathe heavily and slowly pushed out of the car door.

The ticket inspector had already fainted, so the staff here couldn't even form a procession to see them off.

But they had prepared here beforehand, and now that they had lost their owner's control, they naturally lay sprawled on the platforms on both sides of the tracks, looking particularly eerie.

A red carpet was laid out at the door, and then Guderian slowly walked out from it.

Upon seeing this familiar person, Lu Mingfei felt much relieved.

"Professor Guderian?" Lu Mingfei asked.

"It's me."

Guderian breathed a sigh of relief. He had also received the message from the school. Anyone who didn't know the situation would have thought that Lu Mingfei had been killed by the villain Linto.

The situation at Kassel College changed twice in three minutes.

The first time was when I was shocked by the hacker who broke into Norma, and the second time was when the higher-ups learned that this "hacker" was a friend of Angers.

While the issue remains a hot topic among students, teachers, principals, and school board members have long since lost interest in it, knowing that it can be repeated later.

It was for this reason that Guderian concluded that Linto could not possibly be the hacker who broke into the campus network.

"Linto, although I don't know why the hackers targeted you and changed your school record to SSS level, I still know very well what your lineage is really like."

Guderian said slowly, "This way, I can also explain to the higher-ups why I'm giving you a scholarship."

Two SSS-level individuals, although both were blunders, are still considered peerless talents in a certain sense, and one can profit from them.

"Isn't it in your personal name?"

Linto's eyes flickered, and Guderian's phone immediately displayed a notification sound, revealing the contract details.

Guderian paused slightly, then said, "Of course..."

"Then let's add another ten thousand US dollars, otherwise it won't be enough."

Seeing that Guderian had even gained the opportunity to apply for a scholarship because of this, Linto certainly wouldn't let this reward pass him by.

For Iron Man, money comes first.

"All right."

Guderian nodded: "The contract will be drafted in the car?"

"Hmm," Lin Tuo replied.

Fingel followed behind, watching the two exchange words.

He frowned.

Have hackers targeted Linto?

No, no, no.

Fingel was 100% certain that the hacker was Linto!

These professors at Kassel College had no idea what kind of incredible technology Linto was equipped with.

For such people, acquiring wealth through illegal means is as easy as eating and drinking!
