Another collision shook the battlefield.
Reiji and the Demon Lord continued exchanging blows at terrifying speeds, their figures flashing across the ruined landscape before colliding again and again. Every impact sent shockwaves through the surrounding area, tearing apart the already-destroyed ground.
But Reiji was getting frustrated.
'This is taking too long.'
His breathing had become heavier, and although the two Overloads were still coursing through his body, he could feel the strain building. The longer he fought, the more dangerous it became. The Demon Lord was still adapting, his movements becoming sharper, his attacks more precise, and his understanding of his newly awakened S-Rank power continuing to grow.
'If I keep fighting him like this, I'll eventually run out of time.'
Reiji gritted his teeth.
He needed to kill him quickly.
Every time he increased his power, however, the strain on his body became worse. But he had already made his decision.
