Jihan was the first to move, storming back into the dining room with a fury Jae-min had never once seen from him, Tae-hyun close behind, both of them leaving Min-woo braced against Jae-min in the hallway.
Their grandmother had risen from her chair, alarmed by the commotion, but Jihan's voice cut across the room before she could ask what was happening.
"Get up."
Dong-hyun frowned, setting down his glass. "Excuse me?"
"I said get up." Jihan's voice shook with barely contained rage. "You're going to explain something to me right now, and you're going to do it standing, because I don't think I can look at you sitting comfortably at this table for one more second."
"I don't know what's gotten into you—"
"A boy in your household." Jihan's voice cracked with fury. "Six years ago. Kidnapped off a street, held somewhere, assaulted—and the voice he remembers, the one he's spent years trying to forget, belongs to you."
The color drained from Dong-hyun's face.
