[ Brahman's headquarters]
A day after the altercation with Sanzu and Valhalla's Commanders, Senju called a meeting with Toman, Kōdō Rengou, Ragnarok and the Black Dragons. A meeting of Tokyo's prominent gangs to discuss Valhalla's challenge.
"That bastard, Taiju has the nerve to not show up." Wakasa puffs out smoke in irritation.
"These kids have no respect at all. Benkei shook his head.
The two former First-generation Black Dragons and now respected leaders of formidable gangs came to mediate the meeting.
"Would anyone like some refreshments?" Remi offered in a sweet voice.
The brothel girl isn't wearing her usual Fight Club attire; she's covered in a brown trench coat and walking around in pink slippers. The polished client-friendly smile was on her face, and even amongst a meeting of delinquents, she played her part as the Beauty.
"Tsk, Taiju. Why is she here?" Senju scowls at the lady.
"She's my business partner, love," Tenzo responds.
"Oi, Remi. What are you doing here?!" Draken marches over to the brothel girl.
"Kenny, mind your business. Remi growls between her sweet facade.
"Tenzo."
"Yes, Draken?" Tenzo glances at the second in command of Toman.
"Why is Remi here?" Draken demands an answer.
Tenzo blinked up at him with no sign of fear. "As I said, she is my business partner." He spoke in a business-formal voice.
Wakasa rubbed at his forehead. "Can we get this meeting started?" He cut in.
"These kids think the Boss is some punk, huh?" A kōdō Rengou soldier voices out in the crowd.
"Ragnarok has no time for teenage drama. A Ragnarok soldier complains.
The headquarters filled up with the restless remarks of the gangs, voices hammering against the walls as the tension between gangs grows at every passing moment.
Mikey kept a bored expression on the whole thing. Next to him was Kisaki Tetta, Toman's Fifth Division captain and head of Research and Information. The Dark-skinned delinquent with framed glasses and striking blonde hair remained watchful.
Keisuke Baji, Toman's First Division captain, smirked at the shenanigans. Hanemiya Kazutora, the vice-captain of the First Division, was indifferent to the display.
"Which one is the Vice-President of Brahman? All seems is two idiots. " He harshly commented.
"Pfft!" Baji nearly choked on his spit.
"Tenzo, enough of this," Senju ordered.
Like a switch in his brain, Tenzo stepped back from Remi.
Draken kept his large hand on Remi's jacket as the lady continued to fight against his hold.
"Let go of me, Kenny!" Remi whines.
"Not until you leave." Draken persisted.
Wakasa stood up from his seat, shoving his hands in his pockets as his Rengou jacket flapped behind him like a cape.
"Are we going to discuss Valhalla's challenge or not?" Wakasa stamped his foot down.
BOOOOM
"Enough nonsense. This is a serious matter." Benkei emphasises his annoyance by punching a pillar, causing the structure to shake.
The reactions were immediate; Brahman and Toman members scurried away from Benkei's proximity.
Senju took this moment to clarify her stance.
"As much as I would prefer to negotiate a peaceful alliance with Valhalla. It seems my brother is adamant about the Royal Rumble." She looks at Mikey for his take.
"I have no issue with you personally, Senju, but your brother had already attacked my territory in the past, including a civilian. Sanzu and Hanma need to be stopped. " Manjiro stated.
"I agree with my President. We have no bad blood with Brahman, so we have no issue starting an alliance with you lot to take down Valhalla. " Draken grins at them.
"Understood. " Senju nods.
"That's great and all, but I have one issue with your stance. Tenzo intercepted the conversation.
"Hmm?" The crowd hums in confusion.
Tenzo points up at Kisaki Tetta. "I refuse to work with that bastard!" Tenzo roars.
"WHAAT?!"
"HOW DARE HE DISRESPECT KISAKI!"
Toman's platoon roars in outrage.
"Tenzo?" Senju blurts out.
Kisaki flexes his jaw," Eze-sama, could you clarify why you don't favour me?"
"Yeah, I'd like a good explanation too." Baji growls in warning.

" Mahito, bring out the pigs."
"Mhmmhp!"
"Shut up." Mahito snaps at the thrashing pigs.
"What the–"
Mahito walks to the centre of the room while dragging a tied-up Osani and Kiyomasa. Both of them are badly injured and hog-tied.
"Do you know how heavy they are?" Mahito complains.
"Just take off their bindings. " Tenzo grins at him.
"Mxm...bastard captain. " Mahito mumbles under his breath as he unties Osani and Kiyomasa.
Kisaki's calm eyes widened in shock.
"Tell them what you told me," Tenzo demands from the shaking captives.
"K-k-ka–Kisaki was the true leader of Moebius!" Osani stammers out with tears ruining his face.
"Continue. "
"Kisaki made me act as Moebius' head alongside Hanma while he promised to take down Toman from within by manipulating Mikey!"
"Bull shxt! Why the hell should we believe this rapis–"
"Kiyomasa. Tell them about who helped you ambush Draken and me."
Kiyomasa bites his lip. "After Tenzo-sama humiliated me, Kisaki promised to help me get my revenge on Tenzo if I took out Draken on the night of the fireworks festival. " Kiyomasa confessed.
The building went silent at their confessions; Mikey's eyes went blank at the revelation. Draken, Baji and Kazutora turned to Kisaki.
"Kisaki, tell me this isn't true?"
"I–I..."
"Not only is Kisaki the reason for all this, but what are the odds he knew Sanzu would attack Shinichiro on that night?"
"What are you talking about?!" Kisaki trembles. "How was I supposed to know about Sanzu's madness? Mikey, you seriously can't believe this?" Kisaki pleads.
"You are the one who bailed him out of Juvenile, Kisaki. Senju reveals. "Why would you bail out a man who almost killed your friend's brother? Let alone his fellow Toman brothers. " Senju gestures to Kazutora and Baji.
"There is no use in lying, Kisaki. Mahito has been digging up your skeletons; we know about your relationship with Hanma and that the only reason the Haitani brothers are even free is that you pardoned them."
Mahito chuckles, "Face it, Kisaki. There's no angle for you to escape."
Senju looks at Mikey, "Manjiro, out of respect for you, I'll refrain my gang from harming him, but here's my warning: on Halloween, if Kisaki joins your faction, you declared war on us." Senju lays down her terms
Manjiro nodded at her treaty," I understand, Senju." Manjiro responds in a calm voice.
Draken turns to the frantic Kisaki, "We have a lot to discuss, rat."
The blood in Kisaki's face drained down to his anus; years of careful scheming, all foiled by the foreigner and a hooded delinquent.
'Tenzo. Mahito. I'll kill you both for this.'

After the gangs left the HQ, only Senju, Tenzo and Mahito remained with a scowling Remi.
"Where's my money, brat?!" Remi demands.
"Could you try to be selfless for once?" Tenzo grumbles out a complaint while fishing out a stack of Yen.
"I should be charging you double for making me serve your pervy friends!" Remi snaps at him.
Her sweet act doesn't exist around Tenzo. To her, he is merely a business partner outside of her main job.
"Here."
"Hmph!" Remi snatches the money from his hands, shoving the stack in her trench coat.
"You're so annoying. " Senju barks out.
The Brahman leader was barely concealing her anger at the rude woman, treating her partner like brothel scum. "Why do you tolerate her sh#t, Tenzo?" Senju clenches her jaw.
Remi smirks at the furious girl. "Is she your girlfriend?" Remi hums in amusement.
"Remi, let's not do anything–"
Remi ignores his words, choosing to escalate the situation by looping her right arm around his left and pressing her side against his shoulder while still maintaining full eye contact with Senju. "Take me home, Tenzo~" She purrs in a sultry voice, the tone that got blue-collar men to squeal before she even shows skin.
"YOU B#TCH!" Senju leaps at her.
"Mahito-stop her!" Tenzo instinctively shields Remi from Senju's wrath.
"Don't protect her or I'll hurt you too." She warns him mid-air.
"Crap...Mahito!"
"I can't do anything against her, Tenzo." Mahito completely betrayed his superior and close friend. "You're on your own."
"Coward!" Tenzo spat out while blocking a spinning kick aimed at Remi's head.
"AAHH–" Remi screeches in fear.
"Damn it!"
