"Olive!"
Zander shouted as he rushed toward the edge of the cliff and looked down, watching Oliver rapidly fall toward the forest below.
"Don't worry. He will be fine." Flora calmly turned around and faced Azon again.
"How can you be so sure?" Zander asked.
Flora remained silent. Of course she knew. If something truly happened to Oliver, she would surely be gone as well.
Far below the hill, Oliver was in free fall as he crashed through the thick canopy of trees. The moment the branches obstructed everyone's view of him, Oliver immediately summoned Yomizuki.
BOOM!!
Yomizuki appeared beneath him and caught Oliver with one massive arm before landing heavily on the forest floor. The impact shook the surrounding trees and sent leaves scattering everywhere.
"Thank you." Oliver said as he brushed the dirt off his trousers.
"No problem, Boss! Anything for you." Yomizuki replied, its voice strangely echoing as though two voices were speaking simultaneously.
