Chapter 36 - Final Chapter - A New Life:

Viyan brought the sword down toward Ayaan with all his strength.

Ayaan was lying helplessly on the ground.

The power inside him was fading rapidly because of the approaching sunrise.

Ayaan's father screamed—

"Ayaan!"

But before the sword could reach him—

Kavya stepped in front of him.

THUD!

The sword pierced straight through Kavya's chest.

Everything seemed to stop.

Viyan's eyes widened.

Ayaan stared at his mother as she slowly collapsed.

"Mom…"

Ayaan rushed toward her and caught her in his arms, gently resting her head against his chest.

His voice trembled.

"Mom… open your eyes."

Kavya slowly opened her eyes.

There was a faint smile on her face.

"Ayaan… never let go of Alina's hand."

Tears began rolling down Ayaan's cheeks.

"Mom, please… don't leave me."

Kavya slowly raised her hand and touched his face.

"You wanted… a normal life, didn't you?"

Ayaan couldn't speak.

Kavya looked toward Alina.

"A life with her…"

Alina's eyes filled with tears.

"Live that life."

Kavya's breathing became weaker.

"I'm happy… my son… will finally be happy."

Her hand slowly slipped down.

Her eyes closed.

Ayaan froze.

Then he pulled his mother tightly against his chest.

"Mom…"

His cry echoed through the destroyed house.

---

Viyan stood completely still.

He looked at Kavya.

For the first time, the hatred in his eyes was mixed with something else.

Pain.

"I… I never wanted this."

Ayaan slowly raised his head.

There were no tears in his eyes anymore.

Only anger.

Viyan tightened his grip around the sword.

"Your family destroyed my life. And now—"

"Enough."

Alina's voice stopped him.

Viyan turned toward her.

Alina was holding the silver sword.

Her hands were trembling.

But there was no fear in her eyes.

"You have taken enough lives."

Viyan gave a cold laugh.

"And now you're going to kill me?"

Alina tightened her grip around the sword.

"No."

She paused for a moment.

"I'm going to fight for everyone you took away from us."

Viyan charged toward her.

Alina stepped forward as well.

Their swords collided.

CLANG!

Viyan pushed Alina backward.

But she attacked again.

Viyan caught her wrist.

"You can't defeat me."

Alina looked straight into his eyes.

"Maybe not."

She tightened her other hand around the sword.

"But I have to stop you."

Viyan threw her to the ground.

He raised his sword, ready to strike—

But Ayaan suddenly appeared in front of him.

Even with almost all of his strength gone, Ayaan grabbed Viyan.

"Alina… now!"

Alina immediately picked up the silver sword.

Viyan struggled to break free.

But Ayaan held him tightly.

"You took my mother away from me…"

Viyan tried to escape.

"Ayaan!"

Alina screamed.

And in the next moment—

The silver sword pierced Viyan's chest.

Viyan's eyes widened.

He looked at Ayaan.

For a few seconds, neither of them said a word.

Then the anger slowly disappeared from Viyan's face.

He looked toward the sky.

And without saying another word—

he collapsed.

The story of Viyan ended there.

The fire of revenge that had burned for years…

was finally extinguished.

---

The house was silent now.

There was no more fighting.

Only broken walls.

Blood covering the floor.

And the memories of those who had been lost forever.

Ayaan sat beside his mother.

Alina came over and sat next to him.

She gently held his hand.

Ayaan looked at her.

"It's all over."

Alina slowly shook her head.

"No."

Ayaan looked at her again.

She smiled.

"Now everything begins."

Tears filled Ayaan's eyes once again.

He pulled Alina into his arms.

---

A Few Days Later

Several days had passed since the battle.

Ayaan's vampire powers were slowly disappearing.

The supernatural strength was gone.

The incredible speed was gone.

And his immortality was fading away.

Ayaan was becoming a normal human.

Exactly what he had always wanted.

One evening, Ayaan and Alina stood together in a quiet place.

Ayaan held her hand.

"Do you know what I always wanted?"

Alina smiled.

"What?"

Ayaan looked into her eyes.

"A normal life."

Alina remained silent.

"A marriage with you… a small home… children…"

Ayaan smiled.

"And growing old with you."

Alina laughed softly.

"You want to grow old before me?"

"Of course."

"Absolutely not."

They both laughed.

For the first time in a very long time…

Ayaan was truly happy.

---

A Few Months Later

The sky was clear.

A gentle breeze moved through the air.

People stood outside a small church.

Ayaan was waiting at the altar, dressed in a white suit.

For the first time, he looked nervous.

Then the church doors opened.

Alina slowly walked toward him in a beautiful white wedding dress.

Ayaan couldn't take his eyes off her.

When she reached him, he gently took her hand.

He smiled.

"Finally…"

Alina smiled back.

"Finally."

They looked into each other's eyes.

This time, there were no vampires between them.

No werewolves.

No revenge.

No fear of death.

There was only love.

And a new life.

---

The End

For years, Ayaan had lived in the shadow of death.

He had once feared losing his immortality.

But in the end…

he realized that immortality was never what he truly wanted.

He had lost his powers.

He had lost his supernatural strength.

He had lost the ability to live forever.

But he had gained something far more precious—

A life.

A home.

A family.

And Alina.

Because sometimes…

living forever isn't what matters.

What matters is finding someone…

you want to spend your life with.

And Ayaan chose to spend his life…

with Alina.

THE END. ❤️
