Four stayed in the stairwell to prevent any backup from coming down, while the others split into pairs, with two teams responsible for one direction of the hallway, simultaneously attacking the rooms on either side without leaving anyone to guard the hallway.
After Gao Yang fired, the elevator doors fully opened. He sprinted out first, followed by Li Jinfang and Eileen on either side. But once they were all out of the elevator, they didn't attack immediately; they split to either side, standing in the hallway to provide cover for the attacking Black Demon.
