Ashes of the Ruler
What does it mean to be without feelings or emotions in a world dominated by killing and destruction, where all that remains are the remnants of wars and battles—some of which were beneficial to some, while others led to the downfall of kingdoms and civilizations? What is left are three empires across three continents, each empire differing in its culture and traditions, yet despite the differences in form, the essence remained the same: greed and exploitation. And behind these kingdoms and empires exist things unrelated to the human world—monsters, some called Oni, demons, yokai, or rebellious spirits. Although they were one of the reasons for the balance of this world, their differences from humans led to a war that lasted a hundred years. And when it ended, those within the kingdoms thought this was the beginning of progress. But all of that was nothing more than the beginning of ruin and a future confirming the outbreak of a battle between humans and rulers. In the meantime, a legend returns, one erased by history, of which nothing remains but ashes. He was titled the Warlord, or the Bloody Ruler, and his titles were many, but he was known as the Lord of the Samurai.
