Billionaire's Unforgettable Ex-Wife

Faye Townsend went from Anchester's most beautiful socialite to Anchester's number one abandoned woman in just one day. On the morning of her scheduled abortion, Hunter Warren's lawyer delivered the divorce agreement. "Miss Townsend, Mr. Warren's intention is to sign this and you can save the declining Townsend Family. The condition is that you and he must sever all ties cleanly." Faye signed her name without hesitation and smiled lightly, "Go back and tell your Mr. Warren, thank you for his generosity." She loved him for eight years, and he despised her for eight years. Thus, her one-sided love affair finally came to an end. ~ That day, headlines across the city announced Hunter Warren's grand wedding with his beloved Zenia Yates. The photograph of the two gazing deeply into each other's eyes was a stab in Faye's heart. She still remembered how Zenia once held her hand during their university days, asking, "Isla, is Hunter Warren's family really that powerful?" "Yes, very powerful." Zenia smiled enviously, "Being engaged to a man like that, you must be over the moon." ~ It only took one night for Faye to go from Anchester's number one abandoned woman to its number one socialite. Rumors spread about Mr. Warren's ex-wife jumping into the bed of his archrival, Oliver Turner. Eight months later, she prematurely gave birth to a baby boy in a private hospital. ~ After six years of studying abroad, she returned with her son. At the airport, she unexpectedly ran into her ex-husband. She passed by him with her child, ignoring him. Hunter squinted slightly, turning his head to watch. Only to hear the child, who looked about seventy percent similar to him as a child, disdainfully say in his childish voice, "Isla, so that's your ex-husband? Your taste was really terrible back then." "Yes, I was blind back then. After all, who hasn't stepped in something unpleasant in the past? Stop nagging, your dad is waiting for us." ~ When they met again, he cornered her in the hospital hallway. "Regarding that child, don't you think you owe me an explanation?" ~ She really liked that song lyric. We have to owe each other, otherwise, what is there to look back on? We have to owe each other, we must have lingering ties. ~ Those who enjoy this story, please add it to your collection, kisses~ New story recommendation: South Town's Five Young Masters, third release Sweet Marriage, Mr. Quan Dominates His Wife http://novel.hongxiu.com/a/1315957/ Bookmarking for collection, collection, collection underway~ South Town's Five Young Masters features Quan Nan Zhao, the most domineering and decisive, who remains single at thirty-two while his heart constantly thinks of a woman. The Imperial Princess, Life as a Divorce Lawyer

Will release four chapters between 12/16 to 12/19 for next month. In a kingdom where matrimony beliefs stood at the pinnacle of everyday life. Bethel Green dares to open "The Cleaved Knot Legal Services," offering escape from brutal and broken marriages. But her radical mission stirs dangerous opposition, threatening her precarious new life. Bethel is no ordinary divorce lawyer; she's Princess Ophelia, the youngest imperial child from the powerful, distant Emeraldleaf Empire. Born into an ancient lineage founded by a magical clover that transformed a wasteland, Ophelia fled a nine-year marriage that brought her to the brink. Now, she fights for others' freedom, offering a chance where neither societal stigma nor the church would. Her desire is to change traditional laws, to reveal the harsh reality of marriage, and to spread this hope like wildfire across vast seas. One little problem... the type of cases Bethel will take on will more be than she could handle. A client request, no matter what status they uphold, will be a head twisting difficulty. As threats mount and her meager funds dwindle, Bethel must take a desperate gamble: hire Rupert, a disgraced former Sword Master and Knights Captain. Stripped of his hard-earned wealth and status after his sword aura was contaminated and his unit perished battling a shadow beast, Rupert—a survivor from a childhood of poverty and loss—is exactly the kind of desperate, skilled individual who might accept such an offer. He's a man willing to risk everything for a pittance and a roof over his head. After falling from two different heights in the world. Can this former princess and disgraced mercenary cleave the bonds of injustice without unraveling themselves in the process? ______________ Client 1: Please help me divorce from my dead husband! He been haunting our home for months! Bethel: Apologies, but I'm a divorce lawyer for the living... not a exorcist. Client 2: My wife has been writing letters to a nobleman, help me find out who he is. So I can challenge him to a duel! Bethel: If you have no interest in dissolving your marriage, please leave my office. Client 3: I need to stop my father remarriage! That woman is a snake! Bethel: ...Should I just start upping my fee for these ridiculous case... ______________ Arthur Note: I wanted to write a story involving divorces, where each character suffering reflects a possibility. Or even more so a frightening reality. There's plenty of stories, wedtoons, and mangas where the leading character is either isekai, time travel, or reincarnated. During a point where they are married on the verge of divorce. These interests me the most since every single piece of dirty laundry including where the bodies are buried being bought to light. Enough for my jaw to dropped off my face. But I want more... not a story arc than bang! Happy ending! I want someone to stand at the center of it all. That how Bethel Green was born, a young woman with her own past. Taking on clients seeking help, in a world where societal stigma may as well be a death sentence. She's not a perfect hero; she's flawed, driven, and even a bit cynical, which makes her feel incredibly real. I sincerely hope those of you enjoy this story. If not, that is fine, even though this doesn't end up being your cup of tea nor a stiff drink, hopefully you find one that does. Fair Warning: Not every chapter will be exciting. Especially with my far lower than average skills as a writer. But I will try to do what I can as a first-time writer. I will also try to keep them 1.5k words long. So excuse the two beginning chapters, since I'm satisfied on how they turned out. There won't be any daily or weekly updates untill next year in mid-2026 For now is only a 3 updates per month. Just to make a stockpile and refinement in editing

A Saint And A Sinner

Vincent Moretti’s voice was low, steady, carrying the weight of a man used to bending the world to his will. To Jennifer Lawrence, it felt like both a shield and a cage. At twenty-three, Jennifer has only ever known survival. Abandoned to an orphanage, dropped out of school at seventeen, she grew up with no family, no future, and no way out. The streets became her battlefield, and the night her cruelest master. Selling pieces of herself kept her alive, but it hollowed her—leaving a woman who aches for love yet no longer believes she deserves it. Vincent, thirty-four, has everything except peace. A billionaire built on discipline and ruthlessness, his empire gleams while his heart fractures. A bitter divorce threatens not only his fortune but the legacy his family name was built on. BRUISED BUT NOT BROKEN

TRIGGER WARNING: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE She grew up in a home where love was unevenly shared — a father who placed his siblings above his wife and children, and a mother who endured it all in silence. From a young age, she longed for the kind of love that felt safe and whole. So when she met a man who promised her the world, she believed she had finally found it. Their love blossomed quickly, and soon they were married. But after the birth of their second child, the man she once called her soulmate began to change. It started with harsh words, then a slap, then the sting of a belt — until anything within his reach became a weapon. The home that once echoed with laughter turned into a battlefield of fear. The final wound came not from his hands, but from his betrayal. After publicly humiliating her, she learned that he had impregnated another woman. That was the day she stopped trying to fix what was already broken. With courage born from pain, she gathered her children and left — the city, the marriage, and the woman she used to be. Piece by piece, she rebuilt her life. Through hard work and determination, she became a successful businesswoman and a proud mother. But more than that, she became a light for others — founding a non-governmental organization that helps women escape abusive marriages and rediscover their strength. ~~synopsis~~ “So he **impregnated someone else**?” The words hit Alex like a slap. For a moment, she couldn’t breathe. Her hands trembled as she stared into space, her voice breaking into a whisper that barely carried air. “How could he… how could he do this to me?” she muttered, the disbelief twisting into raw pain. “After everything I’ve done to keep this home together — every sacrifice, every silent tear…” Her voice rose, then cracked. The room seemed to close in on her as hot tears spilled down her cheeks. “Oh God,” she gasped between sobs. “I’ve suffered in this life.” She grabbed her shawl and stumbled out of the house — barefoot, broken, and blinded by grief. The streets blurred before her; she didn’t know where she was going, only that she couldn’t stay. She walked and walked until her legs gave out, until the night swallowed her completely. But that night was only the beginning. Follow Alex as she begins a journey of love, heartbreak, strength, and rediscovery — one that will test the limits of her pain, and the power of her survival.

My Bestowed

If only I was born with a golden spoon,my life would have been so much better,I won't be looked down on and no one would ever dare throw me scorns.Just a month ago,I was brought to the hospital. The hospital was my beginning.... "Question three” He leaned in as if this one mattered most. “What’s the real identity of the new cook at the house?” The room tightened. The men straightened imperceptibly. The seconds on his watch tracked off like a slowly cutting rope.I felt Sua’s face flash behind my eyes, the way she’d looked on the floor and i felt my father’s approval like a tongue along a wound. I knew what he wanted. The truth I’d kept at the back of my head and tried not to name. I swallowed. “You lie for her” Somewhere in the room, the sound of metal being cocked snapped like a verdict.I saw one of the men lift the gun.It was a small and discreet.I lunged forward uselessly, but hands pinned my arms to my sides again. My shout was swallowed by the room. The shot cut the air.I heard Sua’s scream which tore across the corridor and then she hit with a sound that made something inside me hollow out.Her body folded and slumped in a way that seemed to slow down, each motion was like a betrayal of hope. I dropped to my knees beside her,my hands fumbled at her collar,at the blood and the fabric,at any sign of life. There was none to find. Her face which was the face I loved, was still, featured slack in a way that made my stomach fold in on itself.I cupped her cheek and it was colder than it should have been. The breath I wanted to give her came out as a soundless, broken thing. Behind me,the men moved away.Dad's voice reached me. “Remember the game, son” He said. But his words were meant for a different future.I pressed my forehead to hers until my tears mixed with the dust and the awful, permanent stillness and the only thing I could think to ask the air was why. . . .
