Each confession that is written and stamped would give him confession points that can be used to improve his various shallow skills from his previous life and learnt in the current life… He is Yuuki Rito, born in the Yuuki family with both his parents being cops and friends with the families of Kudo Shinichi and Ran Mori. He is a year older than them but after the tragic death of his parents at the age of 13 he dropped out for a year and is in the same class as them. The families of Kudo Shinichi and Ran Mori took care of him as they are family friends. Also he awakened his memories at the age of 13 along with the system. But he did not want to leave these two families because where can he find so many criminals unless he follows the protagonist of this plot. Unexpectedly he discovered that this world is not just detective Conon world but there are others plots of other stories mixed in this world including black lagoon, Shinchan, Jormungand, one-outs, Akagi, Kaiji, Kaito kid… all of them are in the same world.
