Mordred's Rebirth

Sir Mordred was many things. The False King. The Traitor. The Treacherous Knight. He was the man destined to destroy King Arthur's kingdom. And in the end, he succeeded. But victory meant nothing as he lay dying on the bloody fields of Camlann. All Mordred had ever wanted was one thing: to be acknowledged by his father. Instead, Arthur saw only the monster history had promised him. Then Mordred died and he expected hell. But he woke to an alarm clock. And that was only the beginning of his problems. Reborn as the youngest son of Arthur Pendragon in a parallel world of ardor, technology, monsters, gods and ancient powers that exist side by side, Mordred discovers something even more disturbing. This Arthur isn't his Arthur. This Merlin isn't his Merlin. This Merlin was a girl. And his evil aunt was... his sister? And this world has no intention of letting Mordred live a peaceful second life. Surrounded by people bearing the names of those he once knew, and possessing powers he barely understands, Mordred has to carve out his own place in a world that is far stranger than the legend he left behind. This time, he intends to decide his own fate. ******* The story is loosely based on the Arthurian legend. I am only using the popular names but the plot is different. The story is purely fictional with a few things from the actual legend being incorporated along with some stuff from other popular works. The characters may have different personalities from the original ones from the legend. There will also be names that may seem quite familiar as well.
