"Guildmaster," I greeted the man as I stopped in front of me. The man didn't reply; he just kept looking at me.
"Healer Ross, we finally met," he replied. It's clear that he is not pleased. Well, I can't blame him; it is kind of my fault for avoiding all guild invitations.
"I wanted to come to the guild, but the clinic is new, and many things have kept me busy," I said.
It's obviously an excuse. I didn't want to go to the guild; it was just out of time, but I didn't want to say that to a man's face. Though looking at his expressions, he didn't believe it one bit.
"We have sent you an invitation every week, and you didn't have time to attend even a single week?" he asked, with a faint anger leaking from his voice.
Though a moment later, his expressions eased a little. Seeing Mira shaking.
"Attending at least one guild meeting is mandatory, Healer Ross. I hope you will attend the one that is tomorrow, or your license will be suspended," he stated and walked away.
