The battle report was immediately made known to the command room of the headquarters. After reviewing the footage and the report of the battle, they realized that this was another loss of their side.
Even though no one had died this time, they still somewhat lost because they failed to even kill one of their enemy's main force. In fact it was 3 on 1 situation and they also sent their best agent who solely cleared out the Africa with chaos beings all on its own, but despite all that the group still lost while losing their target.
It was a major loss and if that's wasn't enough, two new reports were made coming from two different places. One report comes from the main street of the city that leads directly to the headquarters front yard, while the other one comes from the medical city on the far southeast of the city.
In that moment the command room mobilized their main force towards the main street, as they will form a blockade in order to block the incoming enemy. But the moment Head General Alex directed the city's satellite towards the leader of the enemy's waves, his eyes couldn't even hide its slight fear and wariness as he saw Uno taking the lead in attacking their base.
As if that wasn't enough, Uno was also followed by Tres and Dos as they led an army towards their base. This scenario is almost a complete similarity to what happened in the American headquarters, history repeats itself they say.
Of course it wasn't only him that felt this fear, but Luitenant Owen who was beside him was also shaking in anxiety the moment he saw the person that was leading the attack.
Upon seeing this, Head General Alex immediately made the call as he directed their defense.
"Get all the guns on standby on the main street... open up the boxes, bring out the explosives... tell the soldiers and agents to form a parameter on the street! Dont face the enemy head on, we will need to execute the plan to deal with the enemy as meticulous as possible"
"Sir yes sir!!!"
"Remember! If we fail to defend this base, then humanity has no future!!!"
As Head General Alex gave out his commands, Head chief Oliver and Luitenant Owen looked worried as they asked.
"General! Are you okay?" Asked by head chief Oliver
"Head chief! He is not okay! We just saw the person responsible for the downfall of the united states, in fact we are afraid that we may repeat the history itself, after all if the enemy is here then Thomas and everyone who fought to hold the enemy back are already dead"
"We must defend this base... no matter what!" Said by Head General Alex
Hearing this Head chief Oliver suddenly got a report, as he was shocked by what he heard. After hearing that report, he then immediately went to report it to the Head General.
"Head General Alex! The hospital that is housing the people who can't move and unable to evacuate due to complications, have been attacked... the soldiers stationed on the hospitals are now fighting the enemy, but with the way it transpired, it won't be long till they are wiped out"
"Are there any agents near that place?" Asked by Head General Alex
"There's none Head General! All of them are literally scattered and will take about 20 minutes to arrive"
"They don't have 20 minutes, do we have anyone to spare right now?" Asked by Head Chief Oliver
"There's none... I'm sorry Head Chief, as of now the majority of agents in the main force are now concentrated on the main street"
The moment Head Chief Oliver heard those words, he then made the hardest decision, as he immediately grabbed Sanaguchi on the side and told him something surprising that no one had expected to say it themselves.

Located at the general hospital, while the soldiers are fighting off the enemy that appeared at the gates of medical city. The hospital staff's immediately moved all the patients towards the rooftop with the hope of the headquarters probably sending carriers to save everyone.
Alongside the huge evacuating group, some soldiers also came along to protect the civilians in case the enemy catches up to them. All in all, only six soldiers are present and all of them are armed up from Head to toe with modified weapons and new photon blasters. Their captain is a woman around its mid 40's, but despite being a woman, the men in the group deeply trusted her with their lives.
"Immediately move everyone to the rooftop! Hurry!"
As the captain of the squad said those words, one of his subordinate came up at her and said.
"Captain! Can we really protect this people! Why don't we just make our escape? This is war, there is bound to be people dying"
"We are protecting them because we Can and we are humans... we're not monsters... since we made an oath to protect the people, it's only right that we adhere to our creed"
"But captain! At this rate we will all die"
"It is better to die remembered as a hero, that to live as a coward... just imagine! What if your family was in here... will you abandon them or protect them?

"You can't answer right? As humans we need to do as much as we can to help our race... now get back to position"
In that moment a violent quake erupted, as everyone screamed in fear, while hurrying towards the rooftop. At the same time the captain of the squad received news that the other squads were wiped out and all the civilians fate now lay rest on their shoulders.
Hearing that, the captain's expression turned grave, as she couldn't believe that they are now the last line of defense in order to protect the civilians.
Unknown to everyone Richard was among the crowd, as he carries a small briefcase along with him with a complicated expression. After all he is stuck between fear and revenge, but he didn't knew that this scenario would be the turning point of his fate.
