[Grandora City, Medical City Area]
There was fear in everyone's eyes. Not only were the evacuating residents afraid of the happenings around them, but even the squad that was guarding them. After all such reaction was only natural, everyone is afraid of death, no matter how much they try to hide it.
They can try running from it, hide from it, but death always arrives to anyone at the end of their life. However many of them are not ready for this.
Alongside fear, there was also frustration plastered on their faces, something that can't be hidden no matter what. After all at this current situation there was no safe area at all. The city was underattacked just like they expected, they were pulled into a war that spells their immediate end. Everything was doomed.
Right about now in some place unknown to everyone many people are dying by just trying to defend their home. Just thinking the fact that they may be the next in line to die just scares them.
"Mommy I'm scared"
"It will be fine! Mommy's here, I protect you no matter what"
"Its the end of the world, we are all going to die"
"Snap out of it! At times like this, we needed to be strong"
"Strong? Stop kidding yourself! From the very beginning we never stood a handed against those monsters... we were able to barely survive necause there are humans who gained supernatural abilities... but despite such godlike abilities we still weren't able to reclaim our world after all these years"
Hearing the man's words, none of the other hospital residents could refute it as many people had already died just by trying to reclaim the world outside the walls. In fact as time goes on doubts started to rise on their thoughts whether they could reclaim their world or not.
Even if they as a species evolved, they were still heavily outnumbered and outmatched, such is the limitations of being human.
From there not only were the hospital residents affected by those words but even the squad soldiers protecting them. They too begun to doubt whether they can claim back their world. However this stalemate was soon broken down by the captain of the squad who noticed the changes in the area.
"Stop dwelling into deep thoughts, keep moving upward, we have no time"
"What's wrong captain?"
"The team fighting the enemy below, they stopped responding... it seems like all the teams were taken out... we're all on our own"

At the same time Diez just finished killing all the teams on the ground, as he relished at the taste of blood of all the enemies that fell from his sycthe.
"What a carnival... I really enjoy listening to the sound of screams and despair... but... I think I'm lost"
After saying that, Diez looked around and begun to wonder.
"Uno told me to wreck the enemy's headquarters so I just attacked one that is the closest and heavily guarded, but this doesn't look like the enemy's base... is this a medical ward?"
After that he then started to panic.
"Oh no no no no no! Uno's gonna kill me, I'm way off my target location..."
But just as he panics, he then tilted his head back as he thought of something.
"But Uno did say to cause chaos right? Then wouldn't it be alright if I cause chaos elsewhere? As long as I cause chaos, it will be alright no matter where I do it right?"
Then he leaped for joy.
"Thats it! That's it! That's it! I'll just have to cuase chaos here big enough to warrant the enemy's attention... anyway since this is a medical warf then there must be patients here right?"
"If that's the case then I'll just kill the patients and cause a bloodbath, maybe that will be a nought to cuase chaos"
After Diez Saud those words, he then begun looking all over the place in order to look for any hospital patients.

In that same moment, the captain of the squad noticed Diez strange behavior as she quickly ordered everyone to duck down and hide behind the wall.
"Captain! What's wrong?" Asked by one of the soldiers
"Just get your head down! The enemy seemed to be looking for something, we can't afford to get seen by it"
"Is it looking for us?"
"We can't be too sure, but we still need to be careful"
In that moment one of the patients who is having ing a severe back pain, couldn't bear the pain any longer and lightly lifted his body upward. At the same time he then glanced at Diez who apparently manage to lock its gaze at the patient who is looking at him.
In the next moment a voice rung behind the patients ear, right after Diez suddenly disappeared on the ground floor.
"What cha looking at?"
Before anyone could react Diez beheaded that patient with just one swing of his sycthe, causing massive panic to erupt from the other patients and the squad that is guarding the patients.
"Oh crap! The enemy's here! Kill it"
In that moment bullets rained down on the hall, as the soldiers fired their gun on Diez, forcing the latter to immediately retreat on a corner in order to take cover from their barrage of attacks. After a despite being near impenetrable by regular bullets, the photon and Klein bullets are no joke. Both type of bullets carries a punch that could even hurt him. So as much as possible Diez tries to stay away from such bullets.
"Crap! Why is this happening!"
"keep firing make sure he won't be able to chase after us!!!"
"Run up to the rooftop! hurry!!! Move!!!"
"Maintain formation"
As the sound of battle continues, Diez couldn't hide his joy as he tries his best to squeeze in an attack whenever the soldiers tries to reload their guns. But it wasn't easy at all since the soldiers have a tight formation that prevents any opening. However no opening is perfect, so all he need is to wait for the right time to attack.
At the same moment Richard finally moved as he can't stay still as the people were scrambling in panic.
