She read the rest of the article,
"The young heir of Su Corp is a very handsome man but it seems that he has no interest in woman."
Li Hua didn't know why but when she read that her heart skipped a beat. She looked further down the article.
"Rumors have circulated that the young heir actually swings the opposite way. Reports are that he's never been seen with any women and spends all his time with groups of men."
"There's no actual proof that he's into guys but we'll be the first to update you."
So it was only a rumor. He's been seen with no women either? She wanted to believe it but she wouldn't put it past him. Especially with what happened all those years ago.

The week went by quick. Time always seemed to move quick when you had something to lose.
Luckily for her work was alright so she didn't have to worry about that aspect. Now all she had to do was find a new place to live for the time being.
Her father seemed to have told the nearby housing spots that she couldn't be allowed there. She thought she'd ask her boss at work if he knew anyone looking for a roommate.
She really liked going out to walk the other day but recently she was in no mood to go out. How could she enjoy outside when her life was falling apart?
Work didn't start for a few hours so she decided she'd just sleep a little longer.
The night was the same as usual. She'd go on stage perform a few songs and leave. There was a few rowdy customers but nothing too extreme. Some times people would come up to her and talk about how much they liked the music.
As she was packing up she found her boss.
"Hello sir, How are you today?"
Seeing Li Hua approach he smiled.
"I'm fine Ms. Hua and how are you?"
"I'm fine but I have a question to ask you."
Her boss sat down and poured himself a drink.
"Ok I just want to tell you that I can't rai-"
"Do you know anyone looking for a roommate. I'm in a tough situation at the moment."
"Oh."
Usually his employees would come to him asking for a raise. So she took him by surprise.
He thought about it for a second, "Hmm...Not that I know of. I'll check for you though."
Her heart sunk a little but she still managed to smile, "Oh ok. Thank you!"
She said her goodbyes and walked out to the street.
It was getting dark and no one was around.
She was about to call a taxi when someone forcefully grabbed her arm.
She turned around quickly and saw the same guy from a few days ago.
He pulled her into the side alley away from public view.
"Nice to see you again."
His voice was over the place, obviously drunk. She tried to get her arm away but his grip was strong.
Seeing her struggle he grew more agitated.
"Why are you trying to run?"
"Let go of me" she screamed.
Some of the mans friends suddenly emerged,
"We overheard your conversation earlier let us help you out." One of them smiled.
She suddenly had the urge to throw up, no way was she going with them.
She looked at the man with her arm. He was smiling at her looking her up and down.
She had on a black trench coat that made her look sleek and elegant. From earlier he knew she had a good body, he wondered what she'd look like in bed. The thought pleased him.
His stare made her feel disgusting. She struggled some more but he wouldn't budge.
Suddenly a plan formed in her mind. It wasn't a very good one but at least she had a chance of getting away.
She stopped struggling and let the guy pull her closer. Seeing her stop struggling, the man started to laugh.
Seeing that he relaxed a little, Li Hua braced herself. She leaned into his face and suddenly spit on him. While he was taken aback she took her foot and kicked him as hard as she could.
He screamed in pain.
"Brother Shen are you ok?"
Seeing this was her chance, she took off running. She tried her hardest to run but she had on heels so she wasn't running too fast.
Noticing that she was trying to get away, his men ran after her and tried to grab her.
Noticing this she tried to scream but it was no use and they easily apprehended her
Shen Xui walked over to her, "You ungrateful bitch!"
He raised his hand to slap her when a deep voice called out.
"What're you doing?"
Hearing someone Li Hua thanked god. Someone had heard her!
Shen Xui looked over at the man, since he was drunk he couldn't get a good view of his face.
"Fuck off this is our business." He was annoyed.
Who the hell did this guy think he was. He turned back to Li Hua and was about to slap her when suddenly a punch landed on his cheek.
Shen Xui was almost knocked off his feet. Before he had time to react another punch came. He didn't stand a chance.
His friends looked in horror.
Seeing them just stand there Shen Xui yelled "What are you doing?! Help me!"
The men were about to rush over when one of them recognized the man.
"Is that...is that Su LingTian?" He stuttered.
The other men stopped in their tracks and looked in shock. It was him!
Shen Xui looked at the man in front of him. He was in a suit and everything. It was actually Su LingTian. The sight was like a splash of water.
Shen Xui quickly got up and without saying anything ran off. His crew following him like rats.
Li Hua stood frozen on the wall her head down and eyes wide.
Had she heard right?
Su LingTian? It couldn't be.
"Are you ok?"
"Yes." She said coldly
He grabbed her cheek and made her look up.
"Li Hua are you ok?"
The alley may have been dark but there was no denying it. That was Su LingTian.
