Guding and Elizabeth were completely oblivious that someone else had already broken into the ruins.
After entering the mountain, they looked around.
The inside of this massive mountain was a giant cave, and the two of them were standing in the cave's hall.
Inside the hall, there was a huge stone table that had already decayed. Nearby were eighteen chairs, which had also rotted away to just a pile of ashes.
Other than that, there was a gigantic blackboard on one wall, with writing marks long since blurred. The blackboard's material was unknown, but it seemed to still be intact.
"This hall should have been their command center." Guding looked at the traces left by time, feeling somewhat melancholic.
"It seems our prior assumptions were correct; this is a military base." Elizabeth nodded.
"Let's check the other rooms; there might be things here coveted by those from other Planes." Guding suggested to Elizabeth.
