The flame guard was definitely unconscious, but Kat was starting to think that he was more of a distraction then anything else. A way to keep her busy without forcing an escalation. She thought this because a large platoon of people seemed to be rushing towards them. Based on their speed, they couldn't have been Rank 2 but something would need to be done about them simply from a numbers perspective.
