Kat wasn't sure what she'd expected when Lily decided to start trying to open the door. What she got was a giant silvery crowbar made out of shadows. The faint glow around it drew the eye in an odd way that made it seem like you could gaze into it forever and Lily simply jammed the thing into the glass. It didn't shatter, or bounce the crowbar off. Instead, half of it vanished into nothing. This seemed to panic the guards inside at least somewhat, and a quick piercing sound rang out over the compound in two short burst.
Someone didn't wait long, because shortly after that Kat heard the sound of glass shattering and turned to find someone flying over towards her using magical fire as rocket propellent. They were making their way straight for the greenhouse, fist pulled back and making it look like they were ready slam a haymaker into someone. Kat's eyes narrowed when she noticed that 'someone' in question was clearly meant to be Lily.
