There was one more thing Roan wanted to do when he got to a high-ranking Universe, and that was to stop hiding. That doesn't mean he was going to reveal their identity as outsiders. Doing that was pretty much suicide. Instead, his idea was to make an appearance with a new ID and stick to it, grow with it, and be known through it.
Why that? Because there was only so much the twins' group could do by hiding and using temporary fake IDs. For example, to travel to a Great Void Black Hole, some investigation would be involved. Roan intended to use the many years in a Rank A Universe to build a proper influence.
With the slot in their hands and a proper, known ID, they would have access to many more things.
The only question was how they would make that? It would be unusual if several Space-Time Realm experts suddenly appeared out of nowhere and started causing a commotion, especially in a Rank A Universe.
