Rean and Roan approached the shifter, which no longer existed. They connected to the system, which immediately opened the Abyssal Path for them. Finally, the quartet, Rean, Roan, Celis, and Kentuck, entered the Abyssal Path together.
They wanted to emerge from the Abyssal Path together on the other side, just in case they had to fight or face any challenges.
