A Young Man named: Kitsuha Morohashi age 20 came into contact with the killer. Kitsuha himself said as follows: "I didn't realize at first, I was listening to the news yesterday, and heard he was caught! next thing I know I was running from someone that brushed past me moments prior. It was... it was him! how did he escape?"
Currently we have no whereabouts about the killer, not even ideas or clues about how he was able to get out of the Police car or the handcuffs.

The conversation was short but I was able to get it whole. I know that two of the same type and mind are going to kill each other.. I hope I can investigate more before they're finding out they've been listened to!
It's also stated that the killer who's name still was unknown and somehow is able to lay low for a while is a bad sight for us. The police is definitely having more trouble with questioning victims and families, researching evidence as well as finding any hints of where the killer was and could be next!
