Zyron's POV
I walked down the quiet hallway of the condominium building, the sound of our footsteps echoing against the marble floor. Ryker, Phoebe, Sydnee, Luna, and Erlyn followed behind me, their faces heavy with worry. I stopped in front of Unit 467 — Jonas's condo.
My fists tightened.
This was it.
The address Ryker found. The last thread that could lead me to Trixy.
"Zyron," Luna called softly from behind me, but I didn't look back. My eyes were fixed on the door, my pulse hammering in my ears.
"Calm down," Luna continued, stepping closer. "Maybe it's just a coincidence that he was the last person seen with Trixy. Let's not jump to conclusions yet."
I let out a bitter laugh, short and hollow. "I hope you're right, Luna. Because if Jonas really had something to do with Trixy's disappearance…" I clenched my jaw, my voice turning cold. "Then he better pray I don't find him first — because I might kill him."
I raised my hand and banged on the door.
