Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 - Martha.

Although the Dragon seemed scary at first, it was smiling at him. And then it spoke through the energy, "Boy, you have entered my house with no gift? You such a bad Hale. Come closer. I won't bite." A voice in Hale's head was speaking.

The voice sounded like a woman's. It was a strong and stern voice. Hale was sweating because of nervousness, he was actually scared of some thing other than his mother and sister.

" What do... do you want?" Hale asked.

"Nothing you have or possess could possibly gain my attention, child. Why you so afraid? It's the first time I have a seen a human such as yourself. Usually when I meet other humans, they will bring out their spears and weapons, wanting to gourge my heart out for my Dragon stone." The Dragon answered. As the Dragon slowly shifted her position from left to right, laying on her right hand. The Dragon is obviously finding interest in the child that waltz in her home.

"I don't want your Dragon stone Ma'am. I just came here to seek some treasures my mother may have hidden here. Maybe she didn't after all. I will be going now. You have a nice day." Hale decided to leave fast. He must report this to his mother.

"You seek treasures child? A wondrous hunt for a small boy like you. Although my home is warn out, there is some treasures hidden within. If you want them you can possibly have them. But I shall test you first, if you seek them. Nothing in this world is free, so what do you say? "The Dragon asked in it's moderate tone of voice.

Hale was thinking about the treasures and then he looked towards the Dragon. He was scared and wanted to leave. Although he read about dragons and heard about them from his mother, it was huge and the pressure he felt from standing here was heavy.

They love peace, as Hale was thinking. A dragon is a good creature. No need to feel afraid. Hale was thinking seriously.

The Dragon laughed inwardly. This child was smarter than other's.

"So what do you say child?" The Dragon asked once again.

"I want the treasures I came here to seek. I want to win over my sister. Please test me." Hale concluded with his winning heart.

"This child is definitely not greedy. The drive to push forward and conquer lingers in him. Maybe because of his sister, Dia. The cutest girl I've ever seen, with the strongest aptitude for magic. He wants to compete with her." The Dragon thought.

"Okay child, good answer. My name is Martha, I'm a Dragon. The very few that still exists in this world. Your mother Diana knows I live here. Surprising isn't it? Well your mother is one of my saviors. I didn't expect for you to enter my cave. It was protected with a concealing magic formation. You are quite special, indeed." Martha concluded.

"Hello Ma'am, my name... name is Hale. It's a pleasure to meet you too." Hale was surprised at first but finally calmed down. Luckily mother knows I'm here so he thought.

He walked forward slowly. The Dragon obviously noticed his movements. The Dragon didn't want to scare him anymore so it lifted its head and enchanted a spell. It turned into its human-form. It was a woman with a green embroidered dress. She had long legs, fair skin and red hair. Her eyes had hints of golden-red. No scales could be found on her jade-like skin.

"Her human-form is beautiful." Hale thought. He let down his guard now.

She smiled at him with a cheerful grin. She obviously not trying to seduce him but make him feel safer as she felt that he was still scared.
