Chapter 15 - Her Past

It was a nice spring morning as the sun was rising. In the middle of an open field laid a girl in a white dress, enjoying the nice weather and the nature and unbothered by the world with her eyes closed.

"Daughter..." She hears a voice beside her. "It is time we start heading back..."

She sighs softly as she laid there. "Must you begin the Creation now?" She asked and looked at the figure. "Just one more minute, please Father?"

He began to walk away to a door in the middle of the meadow. "Fine. I shall leave this door for when you are ready." He opens the door and steps through, then disappears.

She closed her eyes again and laid there on the ground. Except for the breeze, the world was silent. She sighs once more then leans forward and stands up "I supposed it is time to head back." She tells herself while fixing her dress. Once she was ready she begins to walk back through the doors into a white room.

"Are you ready to watch The Creation, little one?" An armored man walks over to her, behind him stood another armored figure.

"Good morning Valoel. I am actually." She looks around the room for a moment. "Father came in before me but I do not see him." She says softly.

"Follow me, little one. He outside waiting for you to join him."

"Is it okay if I go ahead to him then. I don't wish to make him wait any longer."

He laughs and nods. "Go on a head. Rahmiel and I will be right behind you."

She nods and takes off through the room to a corridor.

"Valoel." The armored figure behind him approached him, now clearly a woman with long black hair, eyes as yellow as gold and pale skin. "May I have a word with you for a moment?"

He turns around to face his companion. "Of course. What do you wish to speak about?"

"As Archangels, we are our God's chosen. We assist in his creations, and help anyway we can." She looks down unsure of what she's about to ask. "I know we have no right to question him, but he created her without hesitation. What purpose will she have?"

He chuckles for a moment and looks out to the corridor. "A God can only be by himself for so long before losing his or her mind. Besides, I'm sure there is another purpose."

Rahmiel nods, "I apologize for the doubt." She says then feels his hand on her shoulder.

"We should get going. We still have The Creation we must assist him with." He smiles then begins to walk ahead through the corridor.

She shakes it off and follows close behind. As the two walk down the corridor, they can now see the little girl standing beside their God

"It will be things like that, I look forward to."

Rahmiel looks up at Valoel and smiles.

The girl looks back and sees the two approach them. "Valoel! Rahmiel! It's about to begin." She smiles. The two could tell she was excited to see her Father's power for her own eyes.

"Are you ready, Nieo?" Her father looks back at the girl and sees her smile.

Once the two returned, Fenrir rushes over to the girl who had passed out in Obsidia's arms while they were out.

Obsidia looked up at them with a worried look. "I don't know what happened. We were talking, then she just collapsed against me."

"We need to take her somewhere safer than here." Fenrir begins to lay down but Tiamat steps over.

"I shall carry her. We must speak Zeus and Odin as well.* She roars softly, summoning her Drakes to the area. She begins to speak in a different language that is unknown to the others, then they all rush off in multiple directions.

"Meet me with Zeus. I'll shall explain everything to him by the time you three arrive."

"Be careful with her, Tiamat." He looks up as she slowly flies off.

Obsidia and Zero walk over to Fenrir.

"Can you please explain everything to us. Who is the girl?" Obsidia walks over to him and places her hand on his back. "She has suffered for so long like we have but we don't even know who she is."

"I... I'll explain on the way. For now, we need to focus. We were given a chance to regroup."

Obsidia sighs softly, she felt as though he wasn't fully understanding what she was asking.

"Obsidia.... I know what it feels like to lose a family." He looks back at her. "The four of us have all suffered in a way nobody can imagine. We need to focus on her." Zero walks up and nudges against her.

"I'm sure there's a reason but for now he is right. He can explain on the way." Zero looks up at his older sister, feeling her rub his head softly.

"Let's go. I'll trust you like you trusted us Fenrir." Obsidia looks over at Fenrir before getting on Zero's back. She nods and readies herself.

Fenrir sighs softly and starts to run in the direction of Zeus and the others.

Zero could tell she was prepared and began to follow behind. The black wolf and his pack stood there for a moment then howled for his pack to follow and ran behind the three.

Moments into the rub Zero and Obsidia caught up to Fenrir, who can see them out of the corner of his eye.

"She is The God's daughter. The God that created everything from the beginning."

Obsidia glanced at Fenrir who was till running, the thought of a being that powerful having a child who was in their presence worried her. "Will she be okay?"

"I'm not sure. Did she say anything about her past?" Fenrir dodged a tree but continued to run with the two.

"No... She couldn't remember." The siblings answered at the same time.

"I had a feeling about that."

In the distance Fenrir could see Tiamat through the tree line and leaps out into view. Zero and Obsidia emerge beside him, and followed by the pack.

"Tiamat! Zeus! I just thought about something."

"What is it child?" She turned toward them, the girl laid asleep in her arm.

He walks over to the two and shifts to his human form wearing only shorts.

"It's Archangel. I think he might have been with The God."

Zeus and Tiamat look at each other then back at Fenrir.
