Synopsis
When death becomes a doorway rather than an end, Raziel Ælnoûs awakens as an existence beyond definition—a being who designed his own rebirth. Untethered from noble bloodlines, gods, or fate itself, Raziel enters a world scarred by an ancient Great Cataclysm, where reality fractured, Outer Gates began to appear, and the mythical ABSOLUTE TOWER OF OUTER REALITIES descended upon existence. Guided by the GREAT SYSTEM, a system that does not bind but reveals, Raziel possesses absolute authority, infinite potential, and powers sealed only by his own will. While others struggle to climb the ladder of strength—from city-shattering warriors to low-multiversal elites—Raziel stands as something else entirely: an unknowable constant observing a fragile world. Accepted into the divine ACADEMY, a sanctuary of heavenly palaces and ancient technology, Raziel hides his true nature among first-year students, each gifted and powerful in their own right—yet infinitely beneath him. As Outer Gate trials loom and the Academy Test approaches, fate begins to bend around his presence. Monsters evolve. Laws tremble. And even gods feel unease. But Raziel does not seek domination. He seeks understanding. As the Tower watches, realities converge, and sealed truths begin to stir, one question echoes across existence: What happens when the one who stands above all finally decides to climb? This is not a story of growth. It is the story of inevitability.

Chapter 1 - I Reincarnated… and Became the One Above All

CHAPTER 1: WHERE AM I?

"Where… am I?" Raziel whispered, his voice trembling as he looked around.

What surrounded him defied understanding. It was darker than darkness, yet somehow brighter than the greatest light. A place where contradictions lived side by side, and reality bent without breaking.

Then—without a sound, without a motion—a figure appeared before him.

Hands folded behind its back. Posture regal, calm, ancient. As if it had been standing there since before time itself, simply waiting for Daniel to notice.

The being was pure shadow. Not clothed in darkness—it was darkness. And yet it wasn't empty. Its formless, fluid body moved in ways that made even water seem rigid and lifeless by comparison.

It observed him with an expression that was both uninterested and strangely curious.

"Welcome, great soul," the being said.

Rasiel froze, unsure whether to speak or run—though he had no idea where he would run to in a place like this.

The voice came again, soft but absolute:

"I have watched you. I have fed you. I have clothed you. And now… it is time for you to repay me."

Raziel blinked.

"Repay you? What do you mean?"

The being tilted its head, amused that he even had to ask.

"Since you do not understand, I will tell you."

The darkness around them pulsed as the being continued:

"Your soul is the greatest among all souls."

"It is infinitely more perfect than a perfect soul."

"It is infinitely more powerful than the celestial soul."

"it is infinitely older than the true soul"

"And it is more infinite… than the infinite soul."

Raziel swallowed hard.

"H-how is that even possible?"

"You do not need to worry about how," the being replied.

"Besides… you are the only one with THE Great Soul."

Raziel didn't respond. He couldn't. His mind raced, unable to catch up with anything being said to him.

Silence stretched between them—one second, two, ten—until the being spoke again, its tone oddly apologetic.

"I am sorry for making Truck-kun hit you."

Raziel's eyes widened.

"Because of this, I will reincarnate you… and offer compensation."

"You have one hour to imagine where you wish to be reborn, the powers you desire, the systems you want—anything."

The being's shadowy form rippled like ink in water.

"Create your new existence, Raziel."

"Your hour begins now."

Raziel thought.

And thought.

And thought.

In that strange void—brighter than light, darker than darkness—his mind wandered, created, manifested.

Every memory he possessed unfolded before him like endless shelves in a library.

He sifted through his old documents… the manhwa drafts he had created.

He walked through the worlds of every anime he ever watched.

He opened the pages of every novel and manhwa he had read.

He peeled back every universe he had ever imagined.

And from all of it, he crafted.

A new character—his new self.

A birthplace.

Comrades and companions.

Enemies and allies.

Worlds upon worlds.

Factions, systems, bloodlines, and destinies.

Nothing escaped him.

He was, after all, The Great Soul.

By the time the hour ended, Raziel had forged trillions of abilities, billions of origins, divinities, powers, realms, and structures. He shaped a new body for himself—perfect, limitless. And he created two systems:

One that would answer any question and grant new powers, like an advanced sign-in system. One solely for himself, containing every ability and mechanism he needed.

When he was done, the void seemed to hum with the weight of his imagination.

The being slowly nodded, smiling with unmistakable pride.

"That is a staggering number of worlds and abilities you have created."

Raziel hesitated, guilt crossing his face.

"Should I… reduce it?"

"No," the being said firmly, still smiling.

"That is not necessary."

Its shadowy form shifted, growing deeper, richer.

"I will reincarnate you into the world you have chosen. You will have no limits, I will gift you your true name. And I will also give you… my gift."

Raziel froze—shock, awe, humility all mixing into one overwhelming wave. Without thinking, he dropped to his knees, bowing fully, his forehead touching the ground.

"Thank you…" he whispered, voice trembling with reverence.

The being's smile widened.

"Stand, Raziel. Close your eyes."

"When you do… your new life will begin."

Raziel rose immediately and shut his eyes.

A sudden thought struck him—Wait… I never asked for his name—

But before the question could form on his lips, the void twisted, space folded, and Raziel's soul was swallowed by light.

He was gone.

Reborn.
