Faye suddenly asked, "What happened yesterday?"
Tessa Caldwell was a bit surprised, raised her face in confusion and said, "Nothing happened, right? I already said, just didn't sleep well, felt tired."
She thought she hid it well, but it couldn't escape Faye's Eyes of Golden Flame.
Faye watched her intently and listened, but said no more.
After he arrived at the mansion, he called Nolan Ford to the study and asked, "Who did she meet yesterday?"
Nolan Ford answered truthfully, "Yesterday at noon, the lady first went to meet Cian Channing, then later saw her friend Miss Shirley Lawson."
Faye quietly lowered his eyes, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the desk, his expression inscrutable, as if deep in thought. After a moment, he gently said, "Go bring her over at noon."
Nolan Ford: "Huh?"
