Tessa Caldwell's eyes shifted as she pointed at the table full of dishes and asked, "You said you'd treat me to dinner, are those for me?"
Then, she cheerfully stepped towards the table and glanced at Faye, "So many dishes, and it seems they're all my favorites. Oh my, I'm almost drooling."
Faye gave her a strange look, then said calmly, "Have a seat."
He also walked over and sat down in the main seat.
The decoration of the dining room was very cozy and elegant, but the atmosphere was oddly abnormal.
Although Faye didn't directly state who he was or what his identity entailed, he indirectly informed Tessa Caldwell that he wasn't a model and that he did have some wealth and ability.
Tessa Caldwell had no reaction, eating her meal carefree, occasionally praising, "Wow, this dish is really delicious, mm-hmm, so tasty."
Watching her eating more and more happily, Faye suddenly put down his chopsticks with a heavy "clack".
