The first reaction came from Master Hanry behind the green barrier; his voice was barely audible, but the surroundings were so silent that what he said was heard clearly.
"Second, what are you doing?"
The sparse-haired man did not answer; the ice whip in his hand was writhing, ready to launch forward at any moment.
"Sokom!"
When he called out to the Division Head, his waist-length hair began to flutter in the windless air. Sokom did not dare to remain silent.
"My Lord, Kasper, the grandson of His Eminence the Second Elder, was brutally murdered at the Crag. Under the orders of His Eminence the Second Elder, who holds Mel Malcom responsible, I launched an attack!"
"His Eminence? Since when does the Second Elder of the Green Shadow Academy hold such a title? Since when does everyone exact their own punishment as they see fit without convening a court?"
