Your husband is either MIA or KIA, whichever you think or want to think." Those were the words of the soldier sent to inform us of the news. They didn't care; they didn't even try to hide it.
After that, my mother followed my father, who was also missing. Afterwards, I grew up on the streets, robbing tech from cars and phones with a group of kids like me. We were known as the rats of the back street. The wars have ended for now, it took 15 years.
