The hutts that were captured ,were killed and their bodies incinerated others fled the system miraculously while some try to flee but their ships were reduced to space dust when the Star destroyers turbo lasers engaged their fleets.
And from their on the first order operations in the outer rim carried on, the purge of criminal activity of numerous systems in the outer rim begun.

Star Killer Base Command Center ....
At the round table all the officers of high command sat down, most of them seem pleased with the progress so far in the outer rim. Half of the outer rim is now under their control and bases are being constructed on the captured planets to secure and gain a military foothold in each sector , accommodations are being built as well, for the populace such as homes, health facilities, proper schools and on mineral rich worlds which possess durasteel, Alu steel, quandanium and other valuable metals they are being properly mined to be sent to shipyards , such as kuat drive systems, rendilli shipyards and fondor, to build new ships and increase the might of the first order, and it was paid for by the billions of credits confiscated from the outer rim criminal worlds.
And as it relates to manpower, the worlds that they freed from slavery and the victims of other criminal activities, saw them as saviors and flocked to their side. Providing new recruits for the first order .

I also want you to organize the 7th fleet to protect the planet. The republic knows we are expanding our borders. If they were to take sides with the resistance, which I highly doubt will happen, but it's better to be safe than sorry and if they do so, they will try to cripple our military power by attacking the ship yards.

"It will also be time to put the star killer weapon to use, the supreme leader has also agreed with me on this . General Hux make preparations for the weapon to be fired in the next month and General Riga I want the 5th fleet to take up position around orbit to protect the weapon after it's fired . Admiral Paige your 3rd fleet will accompany Admiral Fuller's 4th fleet to be deployed to main republic and resistance supporters worlds such as Corellia, Mon Cala, Lothal and Naboo to pacify these worlds after the weapon is fired. Diplomats will be also sent to core and mid rim worlds to surrender peacefully to the first order. Ren declared

"Lord Ren we've received reports from director terrex that the millennium falcon was sighted on takodana with han solo the scavenger girl and the droid" reported kata
" I want you to plot a course to takodana after the weapon is fired, prepare the garrison and the tie fighters in the meanwhile ". replied ren in his Distorted voice.

"Captain Phasma call all troops to the assembly point in two hours, the days of the republic are over and tell general hux i will be giving the speech." ren declared

Two thousand or so stormtroopers and their officers stand fronted and assembled, with amassed tie fighters and other machines of war positioned in formation all around them.
All around them rose the massive constructs of the star killer base.
The sheer size of the edifice of star killer base made previous constructs made by the empire seem like a child compared to star killer.

He stood in pride dressed in clean dark robes with his mask covering his face, a few meters behind him were high ranking officers dressed in full black first order uniforms, dark gloves ,a hat and a black great coat over their shoulders. Behind them was a massive red and black banner fluttering gently in the mild breeze .
Ren stared at the amassed troops and weaponry infront of him for a minute building up suspense for his speech, then suddenly he removed his helmet levitating it to a stop beside him using the force. Then he spoke.
"We are here today to see the fall…,the fall of the deceitful faction called the republic,Who are only driven by their greed in obtaining wealth, wallowing in their sludge of corruption and plunging the galaxy and worlds in chaos while doing so."
"But their time is up, the time of the republic and the filth which they support called the resistance is up! They shall no longer stain and tarnish our way of life, the way of life that you fight so hard to protect, but with this weapon , the weapon that you've created, the weapon which you spent hours, days, months and years building, will end them. The time of chaos and disorder in the galaxy is over the First Order will rise and the republic will fall, and all will remember this day as the last day of the republic!!

then Ren turns to give the signal, while as one all the assembled troops turn to face the horizon. The rally ground was completely silent . Then during the eerily silence a crimson blast of fire light. Erupts from the surface of the planet and shot into the sky. The light was so bright that other officers had to shield their eyes and even kylo Ren had to use the force to shield his eyes. The stormtroopers were no different even with their protective helmets they were forced to raise their hands to ward off the glare.
