Ray and Athena head to the coliseum. Prime follows Ray.
"Athena, how does the coliseum work?" Asked Ray.
"When you train at the coliseum, you fight the assimilated, " said Athena.
"How is that possible, Athena?" Asked Ray.
"In the coliseum, the assimilated become corporeal, and you can fight them. They don't die when defeated; they revert into ghostly manifestations. If your hit points are reduced to 1, you lose the battle. Experience is doubled here in the void realm." Said Athena.
As Ray and Athena enter the coliseum, they see a set of stairs. They climb the stairs to the first level and head to the front row seats. As the two sit, they see the three kobolds, Zak, Zen, and Zet, battling three purple poison Lizards. Ray looks around the coliseum. The coliseum is as big as a football field. It has bench seating that wraps around the whole coliseum with a VIP balcony.
The three kobolds defeat a purple poison Lizard each. Zak, Zen, and Zet move to a rest area to take a break. Picture a dugout from baseball.
"Prime, enter the coliseum. I want to watch you battle, " Ray said.
"Yes, Thorzen." Said Prime. (Telepathy).
After Prime enters the battlegrounds, a Minotaur and an orc appear ten yards away from Prime. A timer appears above the battlefield and counts down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, start! They begin the battle.
"Athena, how are the opponents determined?" Asked Ray.
"The system (me) determines who the opponents are. The levels of the participants determine the level of the opponents and determine how many opponents." Said Athena.
Ray turns his attention to Prime's battle. Prime takes out the orc first, then the Minotaur.
"Damn! Prime is to OP he destroyed them in the blink of an eye." Exclaimed Ray.
Ray stands up and yells. "Zak, you three head up here, I want to give you a prize!"
The three kobolds stand and look up at Thorzen. They nod their heads and head over to the first level.
While Ray waits for the kobolds, "Athena, prepare three fortify seeds and the necessary knowledge seeds for two warriors and a hunter."
"Yes, Ray." Said Athena.
"Prime, stand down and head outside the coliseum for now." Said Ray(Telepathy).
"Yes, Thorzen." Said Prime (Telepathy).
Thorzen opens up his attribute panel.
"Let's see, I'm level ten, and all my attributes are at 55, " said Ray. Ray switched the panel over to the next panel. "Hm, so this one seems to be how I can access all of the assimilated and the seeds. Okay, I need to study this more, " said Ray. Athena, are you done with the seeds?" Asked Ray.
"Yes, Ray. I just completed the last one, " Athena said.
Ray turns off his system panel and walks over to Athena. Athena hands Ray three small pouches. "The two brown pouches are for the warriors, and the white pouch is for the hunter, " Athena says.
"Thank you, Athena." Said Ray. Athena nods her head.
As Ray was about to sit back down, the three kobolds appeared. "Chief, we are here, " said Zak.
Ray turns around.
"Very good, you three. Take these seeds and eat them here. Zak and Zen, you get the brown pouches, and Zet, you get this white pouch, " said Ray. Ray handed them the pouches.
"Chief, what are they?" Asked Zet.
"One is a fortified seed, and the others are knowledge seeds. Once you eat them, you three will become incredibly stronger. After you eat them, head back into the arena and continue your training. Here, eat this meat. You three must be hungry." Said Ray.
"Yes, chief." Said the three kobolds.
Elsewhere in the void realm. "Brother, I hope you understand why I joined Thorzen. He has power, and he will only get stronger. You know our race believes in the strong, and I believe Thorzen will be able to conquer the world. He said that I will be able to see you again, and I hope that it's true. No! I know it's true, I have to be patient." Said Torax.
A ghostly apparition of Torac moves away from Torax. Torax turns around and heads for the coliseum.
"Prime, go and find Torax for me." Said Ray. " Torax is heading this way, Thorzen." Said Prime. (Telepathy).
Athena prepares another warrior seed pouch and meets me on the lower level. "Yes, Ray." Ray gets up and heads down to the lower level. Ray bumps into Torax.
"Torax, I've been looking for you." Said Ray.
"Chief, I was just wandering around and ran into Toracs Spirit." Said Torax.
"Don't worry, Torax, when we get back to your old village, I will bring back your brother Torac, who will be one of my Sentinel Generals." Said Thorzen.
"Thank you, Chief, for giving us a second chance." Said Torax.
"Don't mention it, Torax. I value you and all my subordinates. Once we return to our village, we will fortify the others and the village." Said Thorzen.
As Ray finished talking, Athena came down the stairs.
"Master, here's the warrior seed pouch." Said Athena. As she hands the pouch to Thorzen.
"Thank you, Athena." Said Ray. Athena nods her head.
"Torax, I want you to eat these seeds. You get one fortify seed and all the necessary warrior knowledge seeds." Said Thorzen. Thorzen hands the pouch over to Torax. "After eating the pills, head into the coliseum and begin training. Here, take this pouch of meat. You must be hungry, Torax." Said Thorzen.
"Yes, chief, and thank you." Said Torax.
"Torax, Athena, we will stay here for two weeks, two days in the real world. Torax, I want you, Zak, Zen, and Zet to train for those two weeks. Athena and I will create Sentinel Generals and other necessities for our clan. Any questions?" Said Ray.
"No, chief, I understand." Said Torax.
"No master." Said Athena.
"Ok, good. Torax, you inform the others. Prime will help with training. Athena prepares enough seeds for the entire village. Wait. Torax, how many orcs are in your old village?" Said Ray.
"Chief, there should be just over one hundred orcs in the village, not including the children." Said Torax.
"Ok, thanks, Torax. Athena prepares enough seeds for both villages." Said, Ray
"Yes, master." Said Athena.
"Let's go to the lab, Athena. Torax continues with training, " Ray said.
