"Become my subordinate, Torax." Said, Ray
Torax stands up. "Brother, I... what have you done?" Asked Torax.
"It's simple, Torax, these ten orcs killed everyone in the village I used to live in." Said Ray.
"What do you mean by living in? We are from the same village!" Exclaimed Torax.
Thorzen transforms into his Changeling form. "This is my true form." Said Ray.
"What happened to Torac?!" Exclaimed Torax. Anger began to show on Torax's face.
Zak, Zet, and Zen point their spears at Torax. Prime moves behind him.
"I'll explain after you calm down!" Said, Ray
Torax looks around at the kobolds and Prime.
Torax begins to calm down.
"Ok, Torax, now that you calmed down. I'll tell you what happened to your brother. When I scouted the troglodytes, I found your brother chained to a post. Your brother was beaten to an inch of his life. He was about to die when I returned to him, so I assimilated him." Explained Ray.
"You! What?!" Exclaimed Torax. Torax tries to move towards Ray.
Prime grabs Torax by his shoulders. Torax stops moving.
"Release him, prime!" Commanded Ray.
Prime released Torax.
Torax shrugs his shoulders.
"Let me continue." Said Ray.
"Prime, gather the orc bodies and their weapons." Said Ray. (Telepathy).
"Yes, Thorzen. Said Prime. (telepathy).
"As I was saying, I assimilated Torac." Said Ray.
Prime finishes gathering the bodies and weapons.
Thorzen walks over and places both hands on the piled-up bodies and weapons. "Assimilate!" yelled Ray. The bodies and weapons begin to turn liquid: 10%, 20%, ..., 90%, 100%. Assimilation is completed.
Torax's eyes are bugging out of his head. He is shocked and afraid of what he just witnessed.
Ray looks at Torax. "Now Torax joins me to become my subordinate." Said Ray.
Torax looks down in silence.
"Torax, your brother Torac, will become one of my Sentinel Generals. Join me, Torax!" Said Ray.
Torax looks up at Thorzen. "I'll be able to see Torac again?" Asked Torax.
"Yes, you will, Torax." Said, Ray
The three kobolds look at Thorzen.
Torax nodded his head, yes. "I'll become your subordinate, " he said to Torax.
"Excellent!!" Yelled Ray.
"Come over here, all of you! Athena activates my void realm." Said Ray.
"Yes, Ray. Do you wish to bring them with you, Ray? " Athena asked.
"Yes, Athena. Bring them." Said Ray.
A black portal appears before the group and envelops them. They travel through darkness and then appear in Ray's void realm.
"Chief, what is this place?" Asked Zak.
"This is my void realm created for me by my gods." Said Ray.
"Your gods?" Asked Zet.
"Yes, ancient gods from..., just know that they are gods from where I originated, " Ray said.
The kobolds and the orc look at each other and nod their heads.
"This way, follow me." Said Ray.
As they start to walk, a bright light appears. Everyone raises their hands to block the light. The bright light begins to fade, and a figure appears before them.
"Welcome, master." Said the female figure.
Ray looks at the figure and recognizes the familiar woman standing before him. "Honey... " he mumbles. Ray shakes his head no.
"Oh, Athena, it's nice to see you. But what did I tell you about calling me, master?" Said Ray.
"Sorry, master, but you have company, and it is only proper that I call you master in front of them, " Athena said.
"Fine, Athena. Take us to the garden." Said Ray.
"Yes, master." Said Athena.
As the group nears the garden, they see spectral-like figures walking around it.
"Who and what are they?" Asked Torax.
"They are the manifestation of the assimilated."Said Athena.
"The assimilated?" Asked Zet.
"Yes, the people and creatures that master assimilated." Said Athena.
Everyone looks at Thorzen. Thorzen smiles and keeps walking.
"We arrived." Said Athena.
"Fantastic! Athena, show me where Torac and Tormac seeds are." Said Thorzen.
Athena points to two seeds that are next to each other.
"Ok, thank you, Athena. I got this. You five can stay here or explore the void realm." Said Thorzen.
Torax, Zak, Zen, and Zet take off and explore. Prime stands by Thorzen.
Athena, I want the following knowledge seeds: military strategy, combat skills, weapon mastery, communication, leadership traits(Bearing, courage, decisiveness, dependability, endurance, enthusiasm, initiative, integrity, judgment, justice, knowledge, loyalty, tact, and unselfishness), and martial arts." Said, Ray.
"This should do for combat generals. Athena, a fortified seed as well." Said Thorzen.
"Unable to use fortify seed." Said Athena.
"Why?" Asked Thorzen.
"Your sentinel Generals already have 50% fortification from the life seeds. You may only use fortify seeds on your non-sentinel subordinates." Said Athena.
"Ok, that's fine." Said Thorzen.
"Are you satisfied with the settings for your Sentinel Generals?" Asked Athena.
"Yes, I'm happy with them." Said Thorzen.
"Do you want to create life with these two orcs?" Athena asked.
"Yes, I do, but I want to wait until I return to the orc village, " Ray said.
"Ok, Ray. Once you are ready, use your create life ability, and the sentinels will be reborn according to your specifications." Athena said.
"Got it, Athena. Thank you." Said Ray.
"You're welcome, Ray." Said Athena.
"Athena, what would happen if I create life without a life seed?" Asked Ray.
"The life created wouldn't be alive; it would be undead, " said Athena.
"Undead! That has potential, but I don't want to create undead now." Said Ray.
"The undead would make great soldiers for your army, Ray." Said Athena.
"I'll keep that in mind for now. Athena, show me around the realm." Said Ray.
"Yes, Ray." Said Athena.
They head east of the gardens. As they walk, Ray notices trees, rocks, hills, a stream, and some buildings ahead of them. The road they are walking on is made of stone. They approach the first building.
"This building is your laboratory. You can experiment on spells, potions, theories, etc," said Athena.
"Nice! I'll have to come here when I have the time."Said Ray.
The pair head to a large building that looks like a coliseum.
"Is this a coliseum?" Asked Ray.
"Yes, you can say that, Ray. But it is more like a training ground for you and your subordinates. Do you want to go inside?" Athena said.
"No, not now. Let's continue with the tour, " Ray said.
Athena nods and heads to the next building. Before they get to the next building, Ray stops.
Ray points.
"What are these here?" Asked Ray.
"Those are the gods' shrines." Said Athena.
Ray looks at the shrines, ten rows of shrines, each looking like an Ancient Greek god. Except one. The smallest shrine.
"What is this one?" Asked Ray.
As Ray walks closer, he begins to see the resemblance.
"That's a shrine to you, Ray." Said Athena.
"Of me? Why?" Asked Ray
"As you level, you get stronger. The stronger you get, the closer you become to a Demigod Ray. So it's only natural that you get a shrine, Ray."Said Athena.
"Ok, I get it, Athena. I never imagined that I would become a demigod." Said Ray.
"You still have a long way to go. You have to be level 100 to begin your journey into godhood, " said Athena.
"Now you got me interested in the coliseum, Athena. Let's head over there." Said Ray.
"Yes, Ray." Said Athena.
