Noah looked at Tuck amused, "No, like I said this is my shop. You should have passed through a golden portal to get here."
'Did I pass through a portal,' Tuck pondered thinking back to moments before.
"Oh, I remember now. I was being chased, while scouting, by some of the foxes and tripped. All I really saw was foxes jumping towards me and some golden lights, before I closed my eyes."
"Seeing your ability, why would you be a scout, or a hunter for that matter?"
Tuck looked at Noah,
"You have an inspect skill?"
Noah just kept looking at Tuck, not responding.
"Well, to answer your question, I need money fast. For the scout part, I was forced to by the group that I was in since I have a useless hunter ability."
Noah thought before he looked back at Tuck excitedly, "You should look around my shop, there is things in here you would love. Don't worry about not having money on you, this shop doesn't use that currency."

After that, Noah went back to the register as Tuck looked around. He was shocked at the black fox sword and confused by the price of it. After picking the weapon up, he went to the specialty aisle glancing a the description of the ability up ticket. He preceded to grab a ticket and quickly walk to the counter with anticipation on his face.
After Tuck confirmed the purchase Noah asked a question,
"Do you still want your disguise ability or do you want fire."
With a shaky voice Tuck chose fire, resulting in the same thing that happened to Sam happen to him. The only exception is that instead of fire red energy coming out of Tuck, it was a clear strand.
"We should definitely go grab a bite. Think of it as a repayment for this."
After bidding Tuck goodbye Noah then sat back and started to smile.
"Well, this made my plans easier. I must have pretty great luck."
As Noah says this, he points at one of the walls of the shop firing a miniature fireball. This is what profit did, he gets everything the customer pays. Now he has collected the ability fire and disguise, along with 2 levels.

"Now that I know the gist of my ability, I can spend my points without worry. Fire and Disguise need mana to operate, so a point into wisdom is need. Then Int would be nice for damage along with Con for survivability and stamina. I could then defend myself with the black fox sword and use the boost if I have to fight up close."
One of the things Noah discovered while waiting for the second customer is that he can take things from the item section. Not enough testing has been done since he hasn't chosen to leave.
Another discovery Noah found, is that the shop is indestructible, or he just not strong enough to cause any signs to appear on anything in the shop.
"Now that I got my second customer I should leave. I don't have any more ability up tickets and if my sister finds out about me not coming out of a portal, she would be pretty worried."
As Noah was approaching the golden exit portal he organized his future actions.
'Now that I have an opportunity to get stronger by gaining people's ability, I need to find out how to unlock upgrading F rank abilities and how to get more ability up tickets along with testing more things.'
When Noah went through the portal a final conclusion was reached.
"With this ability, I will reach the top."
Then the portal consumed him.

Noah opened his eyes to see himself in an alley. Looking around he breathed a sigh of relief knowing that he still in his nation Pacific United. The only downside is that he was a city over.
Noah first looked at the black fox sword in his hand, rejoicing that he can bring the weapons in the shop with him, before grabbing his phone to take a ride back to his city.
After reaching home he noticed his sister's ordinary royal blue car in the driveway to the house. Nervous that his sister got a message that he has been killed in a portal, he quickly opened the door to the house and entered. There he saw his sister relaxing on her couch.
"So where were you at?" She asked not changing her position or looking at him.
"Gina, I just went to the Hunter agency to be evaluated," Noah smoothly said.
Gina stared at him
"So, did you get an ability?" She says slowly, clearly enunciating each syllable.
'Shit, she angry.'
"I just unlocked a F rank fire ability." Sweat starts to drip down Noah's back
"Oh, that's nice to have."
Noah and Gina soon had a silent stare down before Gina relents.
"I guess you are your own person, but analyze your group before deciding on going, prepare well, and don't do anything too dangerous. You are the only family I have left, I don't want to lose you."
"Yeah, I will, but you can't go to C or higher ranked dungeons. I don't care how well the people in the group your guild assigned you are."
"Turning back to other matters, I will be spending more time at Jonny's house to take care of Kate more."
Gina is engaged to Jonny, and she has an eight-year-old daughter named Kate. Kate lives with her father as it is closer to a guild making it safer.
"When can I meet her," Noah asked
"Well Jonny still doesn't trust you. He still sees you as a leech since you haven't been able to get a job and you are living off me. Since Kate lives with him as of now, we decided he makes the decision as I am mostly busy dealing with work from the guild."
"Well now that I'm a hunter I don't have to leech off of you. I'm still staying here though, but I'll pay for half of the rent along with other things.
Soon after agreeing to both proposal, Noah and Gina has dinner as it was almost midnight before Noah washes up and goes to bed. Well.... after signing up for a 10-man group portal hunt as a (F-) Hunter.
Hunters are paid based off the rank and the number of portals they entered along with other things gathered inside. Not all people with abilities use it for hunting. For example, people with healing abilities can be hired by hospitals to heal patients. Then there are production/support related abilities people start business around that make millions from selling things like weapons, potions, or buffs that last hours.
Noah woke up, brushed his teeth, and had breakfast before heading to the computer to look up every detail about the portal he was heading into. He then went out to collect more healing supplies as a good chunk of it was used to heal himself and Sam. After preparing Noah went back home to search for more info on the portal before heading out. The portal wasn't that far, only a 30-minute ride there.
Noah introduces himself to the hunters, paying attention to them to look for anyone that is like Arrogant guy. The only people who stuck out was a woman with blonde hair and a guy with black hair and dark blue eyes. The guy was carrying a large shield, and the women was carrying daggers. The setup for this group was: 2 tanks, a scout (blonde woman), 3 warriors, two mages, a healer, and Noah, who has not decided what category he falls into.
The blue-eyed tank that Noah took notice of approached Noah.
"Is this your first portal?"
"In a way, yes," Noah says before reaching out for a handshake.

"Cole"
Talking with Cole while everyone was preparing to enter the portal, Noah realized that Cole is a talkative person. Even though he is talkative, Noah felt a leader like aura ooze off of him. This is an aura that can only be gained after years of experience.
Everyone was finally ready and got into formation before being lead, by the other tank, into the portal.
