Chapter 1590 - Cooperation

Lord Blind Sword's victory didn't go unnoticed. Lord Envoy, Airrak, and their opponents sensed that outcome, which naturally changed the balance on that side of the distorted space.

As for Kodwa and his burning opponent, the two looked too locked in an endless series of deadly exchanges to mind anything but their battle.

The Royal Guard's victory was good news for the regulated universe's side. After all, the Kings in the area had become outnumbered, and that advantage wasn't trivial when someone as strong as Lord Blind Sword wielded it.

However, Lord Envoy couldn't help but consider a different, more problematic aspect of that development. Lord Blind Sword had indeed brought honor to the Thilku Empire, but his next move could complicate the whole situation.

That concern wasn't out of distrust. It was precisely because Lord Envoy trusted his fellow Royal Guard that he considered that potential complication.
