Alex's face burst out into a smile. He fell to his knees again and bowed. "Thank you, master."
Bladedance's eyes perked up. She hadn't expected to hear him call her 'master' so soon.
"I have never taken a disciple, so I don't know the proper ceremonies that come with it, so I'll ask you to ignore it as well," Bladedance said. "So get your head out of the sand. I don't like someone who is ready to bow before others."
"I don't bow before just anybody," Alex said as he got up, shaking away the sand from his hair. "I only bow to my masters."
"Masters?" Bladedance's eyes narrowed. "Multiple?"
Alex smiled. "You would be the fourth one," he said. "Two of them were from when I was merely starting my cultivation journey. The third is a Divine realm Alchemist by the name of Silvermist. You may have heard of him."
