It took Bladedance a long few seconds to take in what Alex had said. Her eyes widened immediately, and she grabbed onto Alex's shoulders.
"What did you say?"
"I have the World Tree," Alex repeated himself. "Which is why I couldn't go with that senior. If we were together, I would be in danger of getting caught."
Bladedance couldn't imagine how that was possible. "How long have you had it?" she asked.
"For a long time now," Alex said. "I found it in a storage ring that the senior dropped when entering our world. By the time I found him, the World Tree's seed was in my Soul Space."
"I see," Bladedance said. "If everyone is trying to use that seed as a cause to start a war, then you very much cannot let it fall into the wrong hands. But… they still threw you to Hell, knowing what you had?"
