Chapter Four Hundred Thirty
On the rooftop of a building in the city center.
Perched atop the massive "Huaxia XX Insurance" signboard, Niveer stood with one foot on the steel frame, casually slipping the signal gun into her pocket.
A small backpack on the ground contained her outdoor survival equipment.
After jumping down from the steel frame, she rummaged through the gear, eventually grabbed an ice axe and swung it.
"Ah, no equipment," Niveer muttered, shaking her head.
In the sky, the sound of thunder rolled. Quickly, a figure swept through the stormy winds and descended, hovering above Niveer, looking down at her from on high.
The gaze of The Fourth Seed was complex as he examined Niveer.
Niveer looked up at the stranger flying above and then suddenly shouted, "Hey!"
The Fourth Seed squinted and, after thinking for a moment, descended slightly, stepping on top of the signboard. His eyes, still examining Niveer, were now tinged with a bit more suspicion.
"Who are you?"
