After returning from his mission, Edward would use his points to upgrade his armor. He would create Dark Matter Energy Core, allowing his Doom Armor to rise to Tier 6. Additionally, he would strip himself of his divinity and transform all its power into pure energy to nurture his soul, thereby raising it to Tier 6. The current arc is inspired by Dr. Doom from the comics, and there is a scene in which Doom said (paraphrasing): "I was once a God, and I find it beneath me." Edward would do something similar.
He would have continued his friendship with Dr. Evie Frey, who successfully bought the best awakened Wizard Potion after her second mission. Edward would then talk to her about future bloodline choice and give her suggestions. He would also learn that Booth, their captain during their first mission, died. However, everyone else was thriving.
The assassin plot would continue. Edward would kill the latter in the Mars base, which would trigger the people controlling the base to intervene. But with his army of Doom Bots, the latter had to compromise. However, they warned Edward of the fact that they had a backer, and it's one of the most powerful reincarnators in the hall, a Tier 8 God Slayer. I designed the person from the anime Campione. In this anime, people can become God Slayers after killing a God, and their job is to hunt down heretic Gods. This news provided the perfect excuse for Edward to accelerate the rate at which he grew.
After the armor reached Tier 6, Morgana was finally able to track the causality means the artifact used to monitor Earth. The primary source was from the 9th Dimension. The idea is that we live in the 4th dimension. In the 5th dimension, individuals can travel back in time, but not into the future, and they cannot change anything. In the sixth dimension, an individual can travel backward and forward in time, but cannot change the outcome.
In the 7th dimension, they can travel anywhere in the future and alter the past, but such a change is not a true change, but rather the creation of an alternate timeline. On the 8th dimension, past, present, and future can be manipulated to create alternate timelines. On the 9th dimension, time is like a book, and the individual in that level can write it as they see fit, including creating a timeline or permanently changing any timeline at will. This idea is similar to the Empire's concept that only Time Lords can permanently change a timeline.
Edward has studied the concept or explanation of dimensions before. He even knew that in the 10th dimension, there would be entities involved with the Omniverse. So, he theorized that due to its weakness, the artifact is only using the 9th dimension to keep watch on Earth. And now that he knew that, he needed to create a method to hide himself from its sight.
Now that Edward had reached Tier 6, he had to take his Brigadier General Promotion Mission. Edward theorized that it would definitely send him on a deadly mission that would severely injure him, thus delaying his growth. His deduction was correct as the Purple Robe-Daoist ordered the artifact to send him to the Warhammer 40K world for the mission.
However, Edward was one step ahead of him. He utilized his genius — including solving issues and creating technology — to enable other reincarnators to gather enough points to purchase a World Ticket, which would transport him to a world of his choosing. Before his promotion mission, he traveled to the Douluo Dalu (Soul Land) World.
This world has Soul Masters who awaken their Martial Souls, which can take the form of powerful animals or unique weapons. As part of their training, Soul Masters can condense Soul Rings by absorbing the souls of powerful creatures. Edward studied their systems and transformed his armor into his Martial Soul; in other words, a Soul Weapon (Shout out to the person who suggested this idea —I can't remember who, but thanks).
Soul Rings are divided by age, with the oldest ones being in the millions of years. Edward would also absorb 10 soul rings, each of which was more than a million years old. I haven't done much research yet, so I forgot if there are many of this age, but even if there weren't, he'd probably study how to make them. Each of the soul rings would be like a module to his armor. For example, after absorbing, let's say, the White Tiger Soul with the ability to control a tiger, his Doom Armor can switch to White Tiger Form and control lightning.
The soul rings would not raise his tier, but allowed him to "accidentally" break the Soul Limit. Additionally, in this world, Soul Masters are rated from Level 0 to 100, with Level 90 called Titled Doulu. After Level 100, Soul Masters can follow the God Path. Edward would become a God, thus achieving Tier 7, but that would not be enough. He would also use all the million years of spirit beast souls to create a Tier 8 Philosopher's Stone and use it as the armor's energy core.
While in this world, Edward would finally place protection against the secret mark that the Samsara Hall placed on the third layer of his Soul Dimension. He would also create the means to hide from the artifact's causality observation. After returning home, he would do the same as before, stripping his divinity and using it for something else. His promotion mission will also be elevated to Lieutenant General, and it would be a mission in the Bleach World, which excited Edward — even though he knew it was a plot to deal with him —since one of his wives was in that universe.
At this point in the story, I would have introduced the top reincarnators, including the one Edward fought in the Naruto World. I had some ideas for some characters, but nothing definite yet. I guess they will remain conceptual ideas.
The Bleach Mission would be the defining moment in this arc. Edward's mission would have been to deal with Yhwach, but he only had about two weeks. And since it was the beginning of the story, he couldn't rely on Ichigo or any other forms of assistance. However, Edward had a great plan.
The first thing he would do after entering the Bleach World would be to reveal the truth to Kisuke. He would even reveal some of his real identity after both signed a soul contract. Kisuke would not trust him, of course, but after Edward gave him hints about his timeline, which had probably been resent a few times, and let him check this information.
In my mind, Kisuke is capable of developing Multiversal and Omniverse Travel if he has sufficient information and ambition. So, after Edward fed him a bit of news and after flirting with Yoruichi (yes, she would be a part of the harem even though I personally do think she would accept Edward's womanizing ways), the two formed an alliance with Aizen and Mayuri, and they devised a plan.
In my interpretation, the Soul King is the physical manifestation of the Bleach World's Universe Will. As you are already aware, every timeline has a smaller Universe Will, and their power combined formed the Grand Will. The team's plan is to use the Soul King to alert the Grand Will that their timeline has been hijacked by the parasite that is the Samsara Hall.
The process of the Grand Will removing the Samsara Hall's control over this timeline would deal a great blow to them. But that's not all. Edward would contact his wives, who were in another timeline, to "accidentally" discover this event and take advantage of the opportunity. They would attack the Samsara Hall with the Floating City, causing even greater chaos. Edward would use the chaos to find the core of the artifact, understand its defense, and prepare to take control in the future.
Due to the chaos, Edward's mission was cancelled, but the Purple-Robe Daoist had great suspicions about it. Unfortunately, after the previous fiasco, the latter barely had enough World Source to continue operating, let alone use the artifact's power for a truly profound causality spell to find all of Edward's secrets.
Edward's next move was to uncover the Purple Robe Daoist's true identity, and the process was straightforward. He went to Beijing and searched for a regular individual who had suddenly become popular among the elites for having mystical powers and knowledge, and was surrounded by many beautiful women — just like in the novels. I was planning to write a humorous internal monologue between Edward and Morgana about how clichéd everything was.
After knowing Lu Xian's identity, including his family and loved ones, Edward was more reassured about his plan. The final step of the plan was to become Tier 10 as soon as possible, preferably before Lu Xian. So, he headed to the MCU. He studied the Infinite Stone and created his own as the core for his armor. He also secretly communicated with the main body to prepare for the final confrontation in case something went wrong.
Lu Xian, who felt something was wrong, accelerated his training and became Tier 10 around the same time as Edward. Then, the final confrontation started. Lu Xian tried to activate the hidden marks on Edward, but it was useless. Unfortunately, he was a new Tier 10 without as much experience as Edward, so he lost quite badly.
But before he died, the system asked him to activate Invincible Mode. For the duration of 10 seconds, he will have the power of Tier 11 Multiversal Entity. Edward was glad he had contacted his other body. With the two working together, and clone Edward fusing with the Doom Armor so that the real body can wear it as a protective robe, the two finally lasted for ten seconds.
However, Lu Xian refused to give up. After realizing Edward's goal, he tried to destroy the samsara artifact with him. Edward tried to stop him to no avail, so he resorted to threatening him with the life of his mother and all his wives. After briefly considering it, Lu Xian decided to proceed with his action. He did not believe Edward's promise to keep his family alive, and he hated the idea of his wives possibly moving on with him dead and marrying someone else.
Luckily, the slight pause was enough time for Edward and Morgana to come up with a solution. In the end, Edward rescued the artifact, but Lu Xian's desperate act sent him into another Universe, and he landed injured. The worst part was that it was a Pure Material Universe, and Edward's body was slowly being transformed into an entire timeline due to the rules. Luckily, he had been prepared and converted all his powers into those of a Technomancer.
While he had fainted, someone was taking care of him, and it was Esmeralda from the Disney film, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. I've always had a crush on her, so she would be a part of the harem. Don't judge me. After recuperating, Edward would use the artifact to take them away from this world. He would head to the Bleach World.
After what happened, that timeline had suffered tremendous destruction. Edward would use this as an opportunity to convince the people to move away to the Empire. He always wanted to control his people's afterlife, and the Soul Reapers from Bleach were the perfect individuals for the job. Once everything was settled, Edward would take a brief look at the current development, but he would not stay long as his cosmic awareness revealed danger looming. He guesses Cosmos would soon be on the move, meaning the time for his trial as a Time Criminal was approaching.
While he was confident in passing, Edward was still not ready to execute his plan to deal with the Ancient Space Elder God. So, he returned to the MCU.
