Chapter 20 - 20 torturing a kid

[due to killing someone you have already killed once you will only gain 10% exp you gained the first time killing them, if you kill said person again you will only gain 1% exp, if you do it again you will gain 0.1% and so on]

'huh i did not think i would get any exp at all neat' i though as surprisingly a reset happened and i saw that i was infront of sans and frisk.

'seems like she can save whenever she sees fit but it seems like she can't save during battle since she would have loaded to the time when i was about to kill her so she could dodge my attack' i thought.

"Alright let me get to the point are you frisk or chara?" I asked looking at Frisk's body.

Frisk's eyes suddenly became much clearer and red as she looked shocked and said "how do you know my name".

"I know lots of things, but let me ask you can you just reset to the begging it will save me a lot of time and save you from a lot of pain" i said with a smile.

Chara frowned and said "you should know that you don't stand a chance against me, even if it's two on one i will come out on top even if i die a thousand times"

"I think i should educate you unlike sans he only fought to kill you but unlike him my goal is not to just kill you but to make you suffer so much that you reset" i said with a creepy smile.

And with that we started to "fight".

I activated my skills and basically appeared infront of chara and i kicked her into the wall my .

Chara coughs out some blood and strugles to get up but before that i squat beside her and create pliers and i begin to slowly pull out her teeth surprisingly she only made grunts as if she was only uncomfortable so next i pull out her nails which gives slightly bigger reaction but not by much.

Sans looks quite uncomfortable so i say "sans i know this might seem like a bit much but i don't think she will reset without this".

Sans still looked uncomfortable but he said "...Do what you have to" before looking away.

And with that i continued the torture and surprisingly she could not reload which i found weird but i didn't question it.

After torturing her for some time she was already dying so i told her to reset to the start.

Immediately after she breathed her last breath i was back infront of sans and chara and she charged me and i decided to train in-between torturing chara.

Some time later. (I found it kinda weird writing a prolonged torture scene since it would become boring really fast so there will be just small bits of what he did to her)

"Okay chara are you gonna reset now?" I asked chara's mangled barely alive body that was shivering.

"Y-you win i will re-reset just don't hurt me anymore" chara said with tears trickling down from her remaining eye, the other was painfully gouged out by me.

"Good, now reset" i say with a smile as i run my hands tghourgh her hair to the back of her neck slowly as she shudders in fear as i snap her neck by clenching my fist.

'heh, can't believe she endured about 14 days of constant torture, she probably realized that there was no way to win against me after the 50th death but she still fought and i even played along sometimes to train my skills'.

She started slowly breaking after i used some creative methods of torture. I even had to resort to psychological torture like slowly cutting her up so she still lives and feed her her own flesh, one time i even cut of pieces of my own flesh to feed it to her until her stomach burst open like in the movie alien but instead of an xeno coming out it was pieces of human meat.

Sans did not see the more brutal torture methods since after chara died the 4th time which was about the time he realised he is not needed to subdue her so he teleported to grilby's every time chara reset.

Anyway the skills i leveled did stay with me even when a reset happens and here are some of the interesting and important notifications that i got some time ago.

[Mana,hp,stamina regeneration increased to 40/s reaching the soft cap, to increase the soft cap either ??? Or stock up on what i like to call fake status which is just to show you the progress untill your soft cap increases the fake status shows you how much you adapted, example: you adapt 1.0 hp/s but since you have max hp/s it will go to the fake status that would become 1.0hp/s / 40.0hp/s meaning if you adapted all 40/s you will forcefully increase the soft cap to an amount unknown to me until you increase it, same goes with max mp]

[Soft cap for HP and Sp reached to increase soft cap you need to have fake status of both of them at 1000 because you can't increase one at a time you have to increase the soft cap of hp and sp at the same time]

To say the least it was quite the surprise to me that there was a soft cap, well in hindsight it wasn't that surprising since in a lot of novels there is an mana limit or something along those lines mostly in those cultivation novels and you have to do something to breakthrough to increase the capacity, the more surprising thing was that i reached a soft cap so soon i thought it would be at some high number like 100,000 or something like that.

And thinking about it more, well at least the mana part i did check the mana in my body and it looked like my mana was evenly distributed everywhere in my body and if i had to guess on how to increase the soft cap i would have to either A: create something like mana core. B: create mana circuits. Or C: create or get an item or artifact that can store mana and draw mana from it when using magic. But option C wouldn't really increase my soft cap so that's a no go for now, hmm maybe if i could bind that item to me permanently it would increase my soft cap but that's way out of my league for now, now i can only put the elemental mana outside my body and shape it and depending on the element it will do different things examples: to create a knife with materialisation magic i just shape the mana into a knife and it hardens. For a fireball i just output my fire mana into a ball, the fire mana violently ignites. And if i had to guess if i could transform my mana to water mana it would just create a ball of water and just collapse and at most soak someone unless i held the ball of water on someone's head and drowned them but that would be hard since the further the mana is from me the harder it is to control.

And while i am rambling about magic and mana the weirdest thing is that i can only perceive and control the mana in my body and my own mana when it is outside my body but i can't perceive mana that's all around the world.

That is the main reason i went into a genocide timeline to strike up a deal with sans into giving me knowledge on magic and to have fun (torturing people), well i could have gone to a pacifist timeline or a neutral one to do the same but with a pacifrisk, i think she would just keep reseting and it would take even longer than 14 days to gain magical knowledge and in the pacifist timeline if i started torturing knowledge out of the monsters it might not be true since if you torture someone long enough they will say anything to make the pain stop.
