Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Of Mothers, Akira's pondering

Quirks. The world she landed in revolved around quirks. That was something she knew when she was two. Her mother(?) had chuckled and explained to her what quirks, Heroes and Villains were all about. It was something she hadn't found fair.

Quirkless were discriminated, non hero-like quirks were deemed unimportant and villainous quirks were looked upon and frowned. While people with hero-like quirks were praised and no one questioned or did anything about it.

Honestly, the society was so biased that Sakura Haruno almost loathed it. Almost.

All might, the symbol of peace, made her think of this world more. That man, that man was so like many people she remembered, remembered from her past life and was friend with. Naruto, Gai-sensei, Lee....all of them. His bright smiles and motivations....

She cried for hours at that reminder, she cried for the life she had, friends she had, parents she had, the daughter she had and everything she held dear now gone and lost into nothingness. For the first time in four years, she felt lost, alone and miserable.

Not even Akria was able to calm her down after her crying fitstarted.

No soothing or calming talk could calm her down and that's when she felt it, The feeling slowly creeping into her body.

Chakra

She felt Chakra flowing through her body, and it was overwhelming. She could feel it again, she could feel Chakra again! It was something she hadn't felt in years flowing through her Chakra Pathways at a staggering speed. Chakra overload, she soon realized.

Sakura looked around, no not in the house, then where? The access Chakra in her needed to be released and that too fast. The garden, she thought and ran outside as fast as her tiny feet could take.

Ignoring Akira's(?) cries of her name, Sakura reached open ground and punched the earth with all her might....Shannaru!

Chakra left her body.

Relax

Deep breaths

Open your eyes...

And Sakura then registered the commotion before her. The house was destroyed, her mother(?) barely managing to make her way out and now on the ground unconscious.

All the neighbors surrounded them with a fearful expression. Police cars, ambulances and Heroes were arriving.

Frantic calls for help, shouting, panic....it continued on and on.

All of it was too much for her. She was a kunoichi, she reminded herself, and a kinochi stayed strong. But she couldn't- she was a kunoichi, she reminded herself-she couldn't-she was a kunoichi-stayed strong- she couldn't-kunoichi...

In the end, Sakura Haruno broke down crying herself to sleep and vaguely noticed her small body starting to heal itself.

She is a kunoichi, she reminded herself....
