As I ran over to our guy, I couldn't help teasing him a bit; I was just having fun before the likely bad news.
"Drop the banter and get over here, look at what this thing looks like!"
At first, I thought our tank was going to unleash some trouble upon us, but the sight at the spot we approached step by step completely blew my mind.

'I think' was an understatement; there was a protrusion shaped like a niche on the shield separating the second layer from the outside, as if it had jutted forward from the massive mass it was attached to and pushed into the area we were currently in.
The color of the light curtain it possessed was dark blue—no, dark red. I wasn't mistaken; this definitely had to be a dungeon entrance.
