As soon as Sukrucuk raised his hand, he brought it down on the table; plates and bowls went flying. At the exact same time, the woman we saved in the icy region was wiping her tears.
"Elenora, it's not my intention to rub salt in your wounds, but did we understand this correctly, these guys wiped out your party by killing them one by one?"
The woman standing completely exhausted right across from me was a fair-skinned person with long black hair, looking to be in her mid-thirties. She had told her story so disjointedly that I had to confirm it one more time.
