"A lord! Here?!" Sycorax quickly turned around, looking for where that strong and violent aura may came from. While she was doing that, a man wearing a grey robe approach her from behind.
"Sycorax, all of the hunters in the area have been eliminated, but it appears a lord is nearby, we will have to retreat for now," the man said as his grey eyes scan the area as if he was looking for something.
Sycorax replied, "Good, then pull back all of our forces back to the headquarter. I will meet you there, Adelheid." As she was preparing to take her leave, Adelheid blocked her path and asked the question, "Not so fast, where is Carlos?"
Sycorax stared Adelheid and opened her mouth, "He is dead, unfortunately the SHR managed to give him a fatal wound. I was too late to save him, I have taken care of the SHR agents who di-"
Before she could finish her sentence, a man covered with blood crawled out from the rubble behind her. The man was none other than Frank Reece himself.
"You are still alive?" Sycorax asked as she once again created about a dozen of white blades around her, pointing at Frank. But before she could launched them, Frank disappeared from her sight. She had an instant realization as to what he was doing, as she immediately float to the air.
"Camouflage!" as she rained the ground with her white blades, trying to hit the invisible target.
But out of nowhere, six bullets were fired, coming towards Sycorax in a blink of an eye. She quickly blocked it with her blades, but one bullet hit her shoulder.
"Shit!" she yelled out as her attack began to go wild. She decimated the ground in hope of killing Frank but unknown to her, Frank wasn't on the ground anymore, rather, he was hiding in a building nearby, taking cover from her attacks. He aimed his gun once more at Sycorax, targeting her unprotected head and fired it.
Right before the bullet hit her head, a gigantic grey robe blocked it and bounced it back at Frank.
"Dammit! Adelheid Wahida is here too?!" Frank said to himself as he quickly dodged the bullet and with that last shot, Sycorax managed to find his whereabout and redirected her attacks towards that specific building, destroying it in seconds.
Frank managed to escape right before the building collapsed. He used camouflage once again and pulled out his dagger. He changed target and instead, went after Adelheid first. He began approaching Adelheid and was prepared to kill him.
But unfortunately for him, Adelheid already understood what his powers were so he quickly shielded his entire body with his grey robe like a cocoon, making him invulnerable to Frank's attacks.
"Dammit!" Frank said to himself as he was out of options. Seeing that he couldn't win against both of them, Frank yelled out, "She killed Carlos you know! Shouldn't you be executing her or something?"
Adelheid was shocked but was unconvinced, "You SHR agents killed Carlos and yet you blamed it at his most trustworthy servant, you are insane and stupid!" as he launched his robe at all direction trying to hit Frank with it.
His robe was proven to be quite dangerous as it cut open a car nearby in an instant. Frank was not in a good spot, not to mention that Sycorax now knew that Frank has to be killed no natter what, otherwise he might expose her.
Sycorax reduced the size of her blades to increase their velocity, swiping the entire area in hope of actually hitting Frank.
Frank know that his best chance of actually surviving this fight is to convince Adelheid that Sycorax did kill Carlos. If he manage to do that, maybe the table will turn to his favor, so he yelled out, "Where do you think Carlos's body is at?"
That question actually managed to confuse Adelheid for a second, as he yelled out to Frank, "What does that have to do with anything?"
Frank responded, "I will tell you where it is, it is down there, buried by the rubble caused by Sycorax! You have the ability to get rid of the rubble, there you will find Carlos's body fully wounded by guess what... none other than Sycorax's white blades!" Hearing those words, Adelheid stopped his attacks as he was reconsidering what to do.
"Are you serious right now? Do you actually suspect me of killing Carlos?!" Sycorax yelled out frustrated.
"Forgive me, but for Carlos to actually lose to the SHR is something that is hard for me to believe," as Adelheid began using his robe to clean off the ruble where Sycorax's giant blade fell.
"If you truly are not guilty, then you will protect me while I prove your innocence," as Adelheid removed his grey robe that was protecting him in order to clear the rubble far more quickly.
Without a single hesitation, Sycorax launched her white blades towards Adelheid in a remarkable speed. But Adelheid was rather prepared as he immediately covered himself with his grey robe once more and started to counter attack.
"TRAITOR!" Adelheid screamed in anger and rage.
