The White Storm was looking for those who were more suited to one specific area so that they could excel in that field, but it did not guarantee that they would be guaranteed success and become a big star.
Some stars would be known for their chosen field, but others branched out into other fields, allowing them to expand their fan base even further.
Sometimes those stars who had more than one skillset would become better known as a star rather than those who were only a part of one, since they could do more than one thing quite well, and they were able to become popular through numerous projects.
Someone could start out as a model at first until they would later take on acting or singing roles, while some did start in other areas before moving on to another and making it a part of their regular activities.
Marceline nodded before adding. "Yes. I think that he might be suitable for the bad boy persona that was mentioned."
Aizah looked toward him once more as she noticed his slightly intimidating appearance. "You might be right. I think that he would be a good fit. His performance may not be acceptable, and he may not have passed the tests to be promoted, but he is hardworking and is pursuing more than one field."
The assistant hesitated before raising their voice. "He is a hard worker, but his appearance and other stuff about him make it difficult for others to approach and like him. If you want us to provide some assistance toward promoting him in that way, then it can be arranged."
The assistant did not think that such a person was suitable to be able to gain the attention of the higher-ups of the White Storm, but they could not go against their words since they were severely outranked.
All that they could do was to offer their opinion before doing as they were told, if they could not convince them against such an approach.
Marceline let out a sigh. "I do not know... I feel like I see a little of myself in him. I do not think that he will let us down."
She did see a little of herself in him, so what she said was true.
There was a certain aura that surrounded him that kept others from getting too close to him.
Marceline was used to maintaining her noble aura and etiquette as she had been taught, while trying her best to set an example for others, so she was hard on herself and just as hard on others.
She had reflected on herself over the time that she had left her birthplace, so she had come to understand a few things about herself and where she may have gone wrong.
What she did know was how the image of a person and the rumours surrounding them could affect how others viewed them, even if they had a nice personality and worked hard.
Sometimes, certain aspects of a person could be overlooked for things that were more exciting to listen to or anything else that could be false but could be believed to be true.
Her contributions were overlooked as a result of the bad image she had and the rumours that had spread about her, so everyone knew her as a villainess rather than for the many good things she did.
She worked so hard to do everything she could, and yet everything turned out so poorly for her and she was kicked out of her own family once everything fell apart.
She could see how he was a hard worker from how he was putting in extra efforts during times when others were already relaxing.
His results may not have been the best, but he could improve over time if he continued to work hard and gain more experience, if he was given the opportunity to do so.
Aizah smiled in response before agreeing. "Give him an image change to suit more of a bad boy persona. Have him appear in a couple of modelling jobs that would be suitable for his image.
If there are any acting roles, then have him learn more about villainous characters and antagonists. If there is a slot open for one of the idol groups, then he should provide a new flavour to a more diverse group that has many different personas with none of them clashing."
The assistant started taking notes before asking. "Is there anything else?"
Aizah tapped her lips with her finger as she thought before answering. "He needs a suitable name to suit his persona."
Everything soon came to an end as Aizah and Marceline met up with others who were waiting for them outside.
They went back to the ship since there would be several other trips to be made before they would return to their main headquarters.
What they did not know was that their small visit would change the life of one person for the better and that they would one day become a big star for the entertainment department of the White Storm.
