Sitting in a chair I spotted an amused look on my face as Felicia and Spinner talked.
Me having sat Felicia down right in front of the AI the moment he made his presence known to her.
So they could start to get to know each other. Given that we'll all be working together from now on.
Looking at Felicia I noticed her relaxed posture.
Telling me her talk with Spinner is likely going well.
Hopefully.
"Stop worrying so much. I'm sure those two are getting along fine." Gwen said.
Given she was seated on the edge of the couch closest to the chair I am in.
"Yeah, you're probably right. I just want to make sure. Given how much we've thrown Felicia way tonight."
"Don't you mean you?"
"Okay, me." I replied. Rolling my eyes when Gwen smirked at my response. "The point is I don't want to take things too far. On that note I want to get your opinion on something." I leaned in and then whispered. "I was thinking of allowing Spinner to connect to the Internet and world at large. What do you think?"
"It's a good idea." Gwen whispered back.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yeah. Spinner seems like an artificial intelligence that can handle it." She replied.
"Well, okay then." I replied.
Having my answer in regards to Spinner, given Gwen just confirmed my own thoughts on the matter.
I'm going to connect him to the Internet.
As I decided on this Felicia and Spinner finished up their talk and she turned around and began coming towards the two of us.
"Hey, sorry to interrupt you two whispering sweet nothings to each other but I wanted to let you know that Spinner and I have finished up our chat." She said.
"Us as well." I replied. Leaning away from Gwen. "Also sweet nothings. What's with all the old slang?"
"Blame my mom. That language is in all the old movies we watch together." Felicia replied. "A tradition we've had ever since my dad disappeared." She revealed.
Getting a slightly sad expression on her face before erasing it like it was never there to begin with.
But even though both Gwen and I saw it we said nothing.
Me especially.
Given I know a bit about what Felicia is going through.
And what makes it worse is that just like with my father hers is also possibly still alive and our there somewhere.
Given what I know about the many different versions of Walter Hardy.
But now that Felicia is officially in the know I now have an excuse to look into her father's disappearance without arousing too much suspicion.
"Oh, now I get why you talk like your an old lady who was born in the 1950's at times now." I replied.
Leading Felicia to come up and give me a punch in my arm.
Given after we revealed our identities to her Gwen and I slipped out of our costumes and back into our civilian clothes.
"Ass." Felicia said.
"I know. But it's one of my best qualities."
"Right, keep telling yourself that Parker." Felicia replied. "So, now that I know you guys are the Spider-couple how long until you bring in everyone else?"
"Not for a while." Gwen replied. "Given unlike you they have no experience with the current world we are in at all, and once we do tell them it'll be extremely dangerous. That's why we're currently working on some safeguards and protections to make sure they do alright once we do tell them everything."
Me nodding my head in agreement with Gwen's words.
"I see." Felicia replied. "Okay. Well if that's all I think I'll head home for the night."
"Sure." I replied.
But before Felicia left we made sure to give her a Spider-phone, and talk with her a few more minutes before she left.
Then shortly after she did Gwen left as well.
Leaving me alone.
Once this was the case I immediately got to work on a new project.
Specifically in regards to Felicia.
For its time for the kitty to get some claws.

The song 'Do You Wanna Taste It' playing in the background I worked seamlessly on the Web wiring and circuitry.
"Peter!"
That is until I heard Felicia shouting at me.
"Spinner, pause music." I said.
Spinner doing exactly that.
I then stopped working and turned around.
Felicia standing right behind me.
"Hey." I said to her.
"Back at you." She replied. "So, what's the reason you called me here. Also, what are you doing?" She asked.
"To answer your latter question first I'm making sure everything is in place so when I begin powering the Web with arc reactor technology it won't explode or allow anyone to trace the energy signature and discover us." I explained.
Given today I was making sure the Web was finally hooked up to the Arc Reactor technology, given I finished reversed engineering it.
"What?" Felicia asked me.
"Just watch. Spinner, hit it." I said.
"Of course." He replied.
Then a second later the Web instantly became pitch black, for all the lights turned off, since all the power in the base went off at once.
Everything coming back up and online a few seconds later.
Just as I had intended.
"It's a sucess Peter." Spinner happily spoke. "The Web is now entirely powered back Arc Reactor technology and is completely off the grid. The shielding you designed it also working."
Upon hearing this I cheered.
"Good work. I guess?" Felicia added.
"Thanks." I replied to her. "Now then the reason I called you here." I said.
I then went over to a tarp and pulled it.
Revealing a display underneath it.
Now housing Felicia newly crafted Black Cat Suit.

One I modeled after her costume in the Insomniac Games.
The moment she laid eyes on her new costume Felicia eyes went wide in shock. "You made me a costume?"
I nodded. "Yep, sure did. Since now that you're apart of the Spider-team you needed an upgrade. And I wasn't going to take no for an answer. Thus I whipped up this bad boy with Spinner help." I explained. "Now then, about its features. It's an easy to breathe and maneuver in nano-fiber weave blend that actually incorporates elements of my spider-web fluid. It also comes with retractable titanium-alloy claws." Which I am planning to upgrade to either Adamantium or Vibranium once I get enough of each substance to do so. Or whichever Felicia prefers for me to upgrade her suits claws with. "The lenses now on your Domino mask have their own built in HUD and uplink to Spinner and the Web like mine and Gwen's costumes. Finally built-in grappling hooks in the wrists." I spoke.
Taking a bow once I was done.
"So, what do you think?" I asked.
Felicia not answering.
Instead she came up and suddenly started hugging me. "Thank you Peter."
"Sure. What are friends for after all." I replied.
Reciprocating Felicia hug.
*Ring Ring Ring*
Only for our warm moment to be ruined by my SHIELD phone going off.
'Those mother fuckers!' I thought.
Untangling myself from Felicia hug. "Excuse me Felicia. I need to take this." I said.
I then quickly went to grab the phone and walked into the train car.
Spinner closing its doors behind me and momentarily dealing it, given he knew who the call was from.
One I answered immediately after I got inside the car.
"Yes." I said.
"Your package is ready for pickup." Fury voice spoke.
Telling me he had finally gathered up everything I had asked for when I agreed to work with him and SHIELD.
"And when you pick it up you'll receive the details of your first mission." He added.
"Understood Patchy the pirate. Just tell me when and where." I replied.
Ignoring the grumbling I heard from Fury on the other end of the line.
He then told me everything I needed to know and thus I ended our phone call.
Once I did Spinner took the train car out of lock down.
As he did and I walked out Felicia stared giving me a concerned look.
"Everything okay Peter?" She asked.
"Yeah." I replied. "It's really nothing much."
After all I'm just about to perform my first mission as an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
