"This is a Tier 2 item… How splendid of a gift!" Erika exclaimed, staring at it in surprise in her palms.
"I'm glad you liked it."
Misho smiled, bowing.
The Crown Prince watched from the side, his face sour.
"Place this on top of the other gifts," Erika ordered Sinko.
Sinko slightly bowed, took it from her hands and placed it on top of the large pile of gifts beside Erika. It was comically large, about twice her height standing up.
Misho sauntered back to his seat, smiling.
"I think she liked it, Misho," Maia whispered, leaning on the table.
"I hope so…"
"Hahahaha! Was omitting the negative effects deliberate on your part?" Fen Xiaoxiao asked, covering her mouth with her fan as she laughed.
"I'll explain it to her later. Hopefully…" Misho's lips curved into an impish grin.
After all the teasing and set ups he received from Erika, the thought of him forgetting about it and her using the Luck Compass and getting something ominous became amusing.
