Maia's head slowly swiveled towards him. The look in her eyes went so dark, so completely devoid of warmth, that Misho genuinely feared for his life.
"Okay, Xiaoxiao, you didn't have to say that!" Misho shouted, his face turning red.
"Great! I'm happy now," she declared, a satisfied grin on her lips.
"How did this happen, Misho!?" Maia screamed.
"I'll tell you later, okay! Please let me talk for now…!" Misho shouted, exasperated.
Even if she wanted him to explain, he didn't have the courage to do it in front of all of them.
"You had better."
Maia narrowed her eyes, raising her head to threaten him.
"First, I'd like to talk about my plan to accompany Natalia to Jeova Kingdom."
"Are you planning to run with her?" Erika asked, frowning.
"Nope. I want to accompany the Duke and RainGum with her."
"That sounds like you're asking for trouble, aren't you?"
