Su Mo furrowed his brows deeper upon hearing the female employee's words; he was now certain something was amiss.
"Is there anything else? If not, I'll be leaving work now."
The female employee noticed Su Mo standing silently for a while and asked.
"No, nothing. Thank you."
Su Mo replied gratefully.
After the female employee left, Su Mo hesitated for a moment before turning to leave the factory.
Much later, Su Mo arrived at the Lin Family's estate, where the butler greeted him respectfully.
"Mr. Su Mo, you're back."
"Hmm, where's Lin Xiaoyu?"
Su Mo asked indifferently.
"Miss Xiaoyu is out on some business, she's not home."
The butler replied with a smile.
Hearing this, Su Mo's eyes flashed with a strange light, and he asked nonchalantly.
"Where did she go? What business is she attending to?"
"I don't know about that. After all, as servants, we should not ask too many questions."
"Why does the house feel exceptionally deserted?"
