Chapter 1 - Microsoft

Allen didn't bother replying to the system. Instead, he coughed lightly and turned to face Saeko.

"Busujima-san, don't you think it's a bit risky to wear that kind of outfit while sharing a roof with a healthy young man?" Allen asked with a teasing smile. Was this girl trying to seduce him?

"Ara, my apologies," Saeko replied playfully. "My clothes are being washed, so I thought it wouldn't matter if it's just you~"

Allen suddenly stepped closer, catching Saeko off guard.

"Allen?" Saeko backed up until her back hit the refrigerator.

Allen grinned mischievously and raised his hand, making her blush and close her eyes in embarrassment.

"Excuse me, I just wanted something sweet."

He reached over her and grabbed a box of cookies from the top of the fridge.

Saeko opened her eyes, realizing she'd been tricked, and puffed her cheeks in frustration.

"I didn't think someone like you could be so shameless, playing with a maiden's heart."

Allen lifted an eyebrow as he opened the cookie box. "And I didn't think you could act so flirty and then pout like that."

Saeko blushed even deeper, unable to come up with a response. Since meeting Allen, she'd only wanted to uncover the secret behind his strength and eventually defeat him. But as the years passed, she realized how much time she spent thinking about him—too much.

"I… I don't know," Saeko muttered, confused by her own feelings.

Allen stepped closer, gently lifted her chin, and kissed her.

Saeko's eyes widened in shock. Her heart pounded uncontrollably, her body trembled, and her mind went blank.

Allen pulled away before she could react.

"The world's ending, and who knows if we'll still be alive tomorrow. Let's keep things simple—think about how that kiss made you feel. If you find an answer, come find me," Allen said, grabbing a soda from the fridge before leaving the kitchen, leaving Saeko blushing and dazed.

[That was unexpected, Host. Don't tell me you just didn't want to share her with anyone else? She's quite strong, you know.]

'By now, you should know me well enough,' Allen thought with a faint smile. 'From my point of view, Saeko's beautiful—strong, capable, reliable, intelligent, and graceful. She has that traditional Japanese charm. I just followed my heart.'

"So you chose her..." a sad voice said behind him.

Allen turned around and saw Rei leaning against the wall. She was wearing a pink sleep shirt and matching underwear, but her beauty was overshadowed by the sorrow in her eyes.

"Rei, I—"

"Don't make excuses," she interrupted, walking toward the stairs. But before she could leave, Allen gently took her hand.

Rei didn't resist. Instead, she let out a soft, self-deprecating laugh. "I get it… She's stronger, she has that big-sister aura guys love. She's beautiful, graceful, dedicated… any man would fall for her. Don't worry about me—I understand."

She tried to pull her hand away, but Allen held on, then suddenly pulled her into his arms.

"W-What are you doing?!"

"Everything you said is true. Saeko is exceptional. She's one of the most remarkable women I've met in this world," Allen said calmly.

Rei clenched her teeth, trying to push him away, but he only held her tighter.

"But right now, one of the most beautiful girls in the world is also in my arms."

"Huh?" Rei froze, blushing furiously. "What do you mean by that?"

Allen didn't answer. He simply looked into her eyes and kissed her softly.

Rei's eyes widened again, her thoughts scattering as her heart raced.

When Allen pulled away, she was left speechless, lost in her own emotions.

"I guess I'm a greedy man," Allen said with a faint smile. "The world's falling apart—no laws, no morals, only what's in our hearts. So… nothing's stopping me from wanting both of you, right?"

He let her go. Rei sank to the floor, her cheeks flushed and her heart pounding.

"Maybe I went too far," Allen muttered, rubbing his hair. "Rei, you're beautiful, and both Komuro and Igou care deeply for you. If you choose one of them, they'll love you and only you. I guess that makes me selfish and shameless."

He laughed quietly and walked upstairs, leaving Rei overwhelmed and confused. She touched her lips, feeling the warmth still lingering. The sweetness in her chest wouldn't fade.

As Allen reached the stairs, he found Saya standing there in her pajamas, her cheeks red and eyes unfocused.

Saya tried to speak, but no words came out.

Allen smiled faintly, patted her head, and walked past her.

"Good girls should go to bed early if they want to grow up healthy," he said, glancing briefly at her chest. "Though I guess you don't have to worry about that anymore."

"Y-you!" Saya shouted, completely embarrassed and furious, but unable to form a proper sentence.

"If you've got nothing else to say, I'm going to take a bath—unless you want to join me," Allen teased, patting her shoulder before walking off.

'That shameless jerk!' Saya thought, gritting her teeth. She couldn't believe the senior she admired had turned into such a bold flirt.

She had seen everything from the start. At first, she felt hurt like Rei, but soon that emotion shifted into anger and determination.

'You think you can get away with this?!'

Saya took a deep breath. Unlike the others, she was a genius—she analyzed everything calmly, from the emotional implications to the possible outcomes. Her pride wouldn't allow her to share the man she loved. But letting go of her feelings hurt even more.

So she made her decision.

'You'll see, shameless fool. I'll make you fall for me so deeply you won't even look at another woman again!' Saya smirked confidently, fully aware of her rivals' strength.

Unfortunately for her, she underestimated Allen's charm—because her rivals weren't just two.
